Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. When ordering, they provided a photo sample of the cake, but the result turned out to be completely different - dark, sloppy, with a black little spider-man. They did not apologize for the claim, did not offer a solution, only said that “clients send photos themselves,” although no one notified us about this. The child's holiday was ruined. We do not recommend it — an irresponsible approach to customers.

Yesterday at three o'clock the balls were taken away and left in the room where the technician will come in the morning. And what do you think in the morning all the balls were on the floor. A visit with a comfortable temperature. I wrote in advance to be sprayed with a special remedy. It was a similar situation last time. After talking to the management, we were accused of being to blame. But this is not the case, less than a day later, the balls were lying on the floor, they were not taken out anywhere. We were not offered any alternative. The surprise is ruined. We want everyone to know. Be careful before ordering balloons there!

Delicious cakes and desserts! Everything is always fresh, beautifully decorated and lovingly prepared. I especially liked the cheesecake and the signature cake — they just melt in my mouth. The staff is polite and helps with the selection. A great place for sweet tooth and holiday bookings!
