I ordered a birthday cake for bento. The message was answered quickly and expanded (+) Provided a cake design. It is very light, drawn by me with a marker on the right diameter so that the pastry chef can immediately understand the size and location of the letters. They charged extra for the design. Ok On the right date and the specified time period, I am provided with a photo of the cake (+) And ! Oh, the horror! The design does not match the stated one at all. Small crooked letters that climbed on top of each other. And most importantly, the most important accent does not match. I'm dropping the sample again and asking you to fix it. In response, I received a dry one - "they delivered it from the workshop." To my desperate, "but you can see that this is not what I asked for," there was no apology, no offer to refund the money for the design. Just silence( I understand that this is a complete failure and disappointment, I take a palette knife with me and sitting in the car, swallowing resentment, I level the surface of the cake so that this crinkly design is not visible. It is a pity that on an important day for myself I turned to this pastry shop. I noted the advantages, counted only two.
