За офисами не следят, персонал как из 90х. Съехали, обеспечительный платеж 450к до сих пор не вернули, прошло 2 года

Плохое место, плохие алочные люди которые видят в вас только купюры . Категорически не рекомендую это место гарантийный платеж не увидите это факт!!!

Как мне сказал один человек: сервис на уровне 90х. Обеспечительный платеж не увидите. Рассчитывайте сразу на потерю этих денег. Закладывайте их в операционные расходы. Про обслуживание: У меня течет по полу в офисе каждый раз как идет ливень. Они присылают сантехника!! Он осматривает радиаторы - у вас всё в порядке, они не текут)) А в остальном - лампы в общественных в коридорах уже как 3 месяца перегорели))
