Hello! We rested at the hotel from 09/22/24 to 02.10 24 . I liked the beach with pantones. The restaurant has a wonderful chef Lur. They cook well . They even made cabbage rolls very tasty . The excellent waiter Mustafa served. Very decent alcoholic drinks, I liked the brandy with a very mild aroma and aftertaste. All the staff is trying their best. There are many Russians . The rooms are tired. Cleaning every day, towels were changed every day, the bed was changed a couple of times. The rooms have a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, hair dryer, glasses, refrigerator, armchairs, table, mirrors. We were satisfied.

The territory is large together with another hotel. The rooms are very poorly cleaned. The best building and closer to the sea 50. There are a lot of Arabs staying at the hotel. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, it's a nightmare like at the bazaar. Employees do not have time to clean up, and the citizens themselves behave very unceremoniously. They are served first of all. And a Russian person can stand for a very long time, just ignore the drinks service. And the citizens themselves get in very unceremoniously. The only plus is that the entire Arab population splashes in the pool and there is no such nightmare on the beach. There are pontoons. They can't swim, and if they do, they're like pontoon floats, you can't get in or out.

Good day! I put 3 definitely!!! I would even put 1. We are currently vacationing at this hotel.
Yes, the sea is beautiful, the reef is wonderful, but if you are with children, you definitely should not go here. What they did, like an entrance for children, is a small paddling pool, a maximum of 10 m long and up to 70 cm deep.
The rooms are terribly dirty, I didn't read the reviews before choosing the hotel, unfortunately, I usually did. The laundry is really all in pellets, stains, hair, it feels like it's not being washed, because the smell of someone else's sweat is present. The plumbing is dead, you could close your eyes, but dirty laundry is already too much. The price is not small!!!
At the reception, all the staff pretend that they do not understand Russian at all. We were initially accommodated in a room with 2 single beds, considering that we were 2 adults and 2 children (we bought a tour with extra beds). We were asked to change the room, and the hotel guide Anex - Bilal helped us with this. Thanks a lot to him!!!
Somehow they changed it for us. There was a second problem-the air conditioner is not working!!! For half a day, the staff tried to fix it, then for another two hours in the second hour of the night they went to wake us up -it works or not. As a result, the air conditioner blows, but does not cool. We took turns with my husband at the reception the next day, waiting for action.
Regarding the restaurant, glasses, plates, cutlery are also stained with fingers, I would like to think that they are still washed a little.
In general, what I want to say is, yes Egypt is a dirty country, but the amounts that are offered to us for tours are not small, and I would like at least cleanliness.
Regarding 5ka, which is located nearby, we talked with vacationers from Kazakhstan who are currently there (because they wanted to pay extra and move to 5ka). You should not overpay ... I explain why, what kind of plus you get from 5k: 1. The sea is close, you do not need to go as from 4k; 2. Food may be a little better fed than in 4k. And by numbers, the situation is the same as in 4k. It's also dirty!!!
Bottom line, whether I will return to this hotel-no, to Egypt-I do not know yet!!!
This is my second trip to Egypt, the first was in the 10th year.
Correction! I bet 1!!!
The air conditioner has not been repaired! For the third time we change the room-they offer a room that has not been cleaned at all after the previous guests (they say we will clean it), and there is an incomprehensible mass in the sink!!!
Definitely I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel!!!
