If the boiling water runs out, the bread and cheese that are put on the table can be worn off. Separately, I would like to write about the boorish behavior of the saleswoman from the eco shop, located in the restaurant. I went to buy and try the "liqueur". There was no one there, I greeted loudly, a woman came out and loudly what I need, I say I want to buy a liqueur She replied, oh, buy a bottle already and go drink it somewhere already...... This, to put it mildly, I did not expect ... In general, apart from the rudeness of this aunt, I liked it, free boats, catamarans, a good beach. The main thing is very beautiful. Who should go? This is a vacation for a couple with a small child or just for lovers or if you want silence. You won't be able to have fun here, just relax on the beach with nature.

The service is very lame ... We arrived on a half-board package (dinner or lunch to choose from) with children, the journey took more than 3.5 hours. They asked us to feed lunch, but they told us that they are serving a banquet now, so we can only count on dinner. We asked for lunch for an additional fee because the children are hungry, but we were offered to go to a cafe 12 km from BO or look for something in Braslav itself. I call it business in Belarusian. I had to withdraw myself in search of food. The rooms are very comfortable, dinner in the evening from 6 to 7 and that's it. There is no entertainment program for guests (((( Of the advantages, there is a trampoline for children and a swimming pool.

I recommend it for a family vacation. We had a vacation with my wife and two children for a week in July. Magnificent nature. A beautiful, well-maintained base. Everything is clean and tidy in the yard. In the rooms too. One of the disadvantages is that some of the little things in the room may not work. Our sofa didn't unfold well. We told the administration, they ordered the item. It's not critical, of course, but it's not pleasant. It is felt that the base does not have enough money and staff for timely minor repairs. The air conditioning, TV and refrigerator worked perfectly. The food is good and tasty. I don't understand the negative reviews about food and the restaurant - it's not true. The restaurant is excellent and the service is good. A huge plus is the free rental of boats and catamarans for vacationers. Respect for this in general. There is also free firewood and charcoal for barbecue. Great sauna, nice pool. The base is absolutely not suitable for a party holiday by the company. Just a family vacation. In general, a good base in a great location with magnificent nature. We will definitely come back here.

We lived in the 9th building: in the room there is a refrigerator, a TV, a set of dishes, towels, a shower set. There is no kettle, but water can be boiled on the 1st floor, there is also an ironing board with an iron. The worst thing about the room is the pillow, it's just a square stone. I had to sleep without her, so who is critical - take yours)). There is a restaurant on site where you can eat cheaply all day (until 23-00). A pleasure boat runs along the lake (from 11-15 to 18-45). You can even walk to Braslav 😊

Clean, intoxicating air, magnificent nature.Within walking distance of the beach and a place for fishing (perch, pike), a 3-minute walk to a shop with groceries and basic necessities up to washing powder, 15 minutes by bike (you can rent right there for 5 rubles/hour) there is a small town with banks, pharmacies, etc., a simple but delicious breakfast /dinner, there is a rental of boats/catamarans and fishing rods, a wood-burning sauna with gazebos and barbecues (included in the price), homemade liqueurs on strawberries, cranberries and blackberries are especially delicious.And at the store, a local farmer sometimes sells from a car with spicy honey, vegetables and a previously unseen hybrid of raspberries and strawberries, very large and tasty (especially in combination with local liqueurs).The rooms have everything you need, the staff is responsive and polite. The receptionist Zinaida is just a gorgeous woman. I will definitely return there.

The territory is located on the shore of a lake in a pine forest. Clean, quiet. The staff is helpful, the service is not intrusive. Parking for cars on site. Boats, catamarans, as well as table tennis and billiards are included in the price, which pleases. Vacationers are mostly middle-aged and older people. There are with children. Three meals a day, very tasty. There are places for barbecue. By the way, you can buy it and grilled fish here. The restaurant also serves fish and game dishes. The beach is 200 meters away. The water is clean, but shallow. I went about 150 meters from the shore, it was waist-deep. There is a city beach 6 kilometers away. They deepen it periodically, but the story is similar. If you search, you can find places to swim. There are several banks in the city where you can change the currency and withdraw cash from the card. You can spend money at the Euroopt supermarket. Those who have Schengen can go to Daugavpils, which is 20 km away. In general, I liked everything. The party people here will wither away, there is nowhere to hang out.

The beds are a little uncomfortable. The service in the restaurant leaves much to be desired. There was a problem with boiling water for tea/coffee for breakfast. There are a lot of residents, thermospots cannot cope, there is no other alternative. I ordered American - they gave me half a cup. I don't know what kind of coffee machine gives out such portions. The bathhouse is good.

We stopped by for lunch. They did not live in the base itself. We ordered pancakes and pancakes with machanka, as well as homemade dumplings. We waited a long time for the order. About 50 minutes. Perhaps due to the fact that at the same time the residents were having lunch here and the cook simply did not have time. But all the dishes were very tasty! And the flaw over time turned out to be not so significant for us. Plus, it was cool in the hall itself, despite the hot weather. A balcony was opened, offering a beautiful view of the lake. The territory of the base itself is pleasant, well-groomed, there is a Playground, a trampoline. There are a lot of pines and greenery. I wanted to come here for a vacation.

The base is excellent, there are beautiful lakes nearby, not far from the center, the territory is clean and beautiful. The same cannot be said about the restaurant and the rooms. There are big problems with the armor (everything is sooo long, no one knows where your reservation is and how much the final cost is, you always had to call yourself, because they forget about you), the site is crooked (sometimes it doesn't look for anything at all, everything jumps on the page). At the reception (we still booked for 3 people), we didn't even know how many people we would have, everything in the room was prepared only for 2 people. Then they asked to bring 2 more, and until they were taken out, they did not move. In the room (and we rented a 2-level suite), half did not work, it was not very clean. For the price of a room per night, you could already do it normally! The restaurant (we had paid for breakfast and dinner) did not even know about us, then they found a piece of paper for only 1 person. In general, until you approach the entire complex and push everyone, nothing will happen. You could also try with the food and the interior, after all, the restaurant. All sorts of activities are also mostly in poor condition. I can't recommend it, I'm unlikely to go back there again.

A normal place. A typical Belarusian vacation in the style of "you're over 70". You walk, you wander, you listen to birds all day, you count the leaves on the trees. There is not much to do: kebabs, sauna, billiards, table tennis (standard set). We tried all this in 3 days, including visiting all the neighboring villages. In general, neither good nor bad. This is a vacation when you don't want to go to the beach with a gin and tonic, but when you want to listen to the birds and get alone with nature. Everything is clean and beautiful inside. We took bicycles with us, we thought to travel along the bike routes that are indicated on their maps. We eventually drove along one route (40 km). The trouble with these routes is that there are no bike paths, as in Belovezhskaya Pushcha. I have to drive along the road with cars...

Gentlemen managers, a huge request: buy GOOD refrigerators! After all, people come to you in the SUMMER!!! Accordingly, the products must be stored in proper temperature conditions! We stayed at this base because the restaurant would save us the trouble of looking for a place to have dinner. But.... There was a wedding. And it was closed. There is no delivery, takeaway food, etc. for the guests of the campsite. What for? When asked by the administrator where to eat in the city, they received the answer that you can eat in any cafe in the city. Wherever you want ... That's just the problem - the phone was turned off in three places, respectively, it was not possible to book a table. I had to spend money on a taxi, it's 8 rubles for a 4-minute drive to the center in one direction and finding a place to eat. It was not immediately possible to find it. In general, we need to work on the service. It just doesn't exist. At the base, where there is a restaurant, guests stay without dinner. And there is nothing within walking distance. There is no possibility to cook in the room, keep in mind.
