I wanted to convey my emotions after visiting the Firewood PUB with the children, I had a desire to eat pickles, we went in, took a table, it was a little crowded, I had 0.5 bottles of mineral water in the bark, there was 150 g of water in the rest, to which the waiter immediately reacted (in my opinion, the name was Polina) that you can't have your own drinks in our establishment, I clarified that you can't have a bottle on the table or drink from it, let's say being in the establishment for 3 minutes already had a faint desire to try something, but based on the situation that you were late for the train, there were no other options and we ordered 3 pickles and 2 types bread (for which they paid exactly 70 rubles (departing from the essence of the question, I want to note that it can be cheaper in a restaurant in Vilnius) in my explanation for why I bring water with me, I pointed out my health condition, to which the waiter immediately offered to buy from them in no other way (funny) after the order was placed in a minute the girl returned and said very nervously that you can't eat the hodgepodge either, there's sugar there too, I replied that you take the order down and we'll figure it out after another 3 minutes, the admin girl came in, in my opinion, Karina, putting 3 plates on the table in a stack, which I began to arrange separately on my own (Karina's comments can not be arranged if you need I don 't like it ) it already seems that in this establishment, for 100 grams of water, they can scratch their face instead of offering their glass of water for free, so the message of this comment is for people who do not want to have a spoiled mood for a lot of money, try to get rid of low-quality services, as an example for the owner of the Firewood PUB on the same day before leaving KFS at the train station, 2 glasses of iced water came for free and I think that I will not talk like you! a good and profitable business...

The dishes were incomparable, the staff was young, attentive, polite and tactful. The service was excellent. The price tag is medium, lifting. We were satisfied. I recommend a visit.

I have been to the institution many times and what can I say... It wasn't bad at first, but for the last couple of years it's been a circus of some kind(
1. Deposits. Seriously? I understand on holidays, or when the workload is high, but when the hall is half empty and you are allowed in only if you are ready to leave 200 + rubles there?
2. Food. 50/50. Soups are normal, salads are 80% baked, the pancakes were sooo salty (maybe only I was so lucky), the ribs are very tasty, but... should I bring the girls portions of 700-900 grams? Taking into account the side dish and snacks, this is a lot. The desserts are not bad, especially the apple strudel.
3. The staff. I agree with those who write about unhappy faces, I have seen such. Most often, friendly young girls serve, BUT they do not understand what they are doing at all... confused and insecure, they do not remember orders, they confuse, they do not know what devices to bring to the dishes, they do not know the menu, they cannot answer anything, much less advise, they only smile. I'm not against young people, it's more a question for the administration, why don't they train their staff
4. Business lunch. I was walking by and decided to have lunch, the place had just opened (12.00). I sat down at a table, the menu was brought, I asked what would be the fastest, they said that the wait was about the same, about half an hour, because the cook cooks everything to order (let me remind you that this is a business lunch and for the first time I hear that it was cooked to order). In general, I ordered pancakes and tea. The waiter accepted the order and after a couple of minutes they tell me that I may have to wait even longer, because the cook has not come yet and will come in 30 minutes and in general he comes as he wants. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. Of course, I did not wait and once again I had negative impressions of this place
By the way, the prices for a business lunch do not differ from the prices of the main menu, which also surprised me. And in general, the prices for such a level of institution are too high (there is something to compare and not only in Pinsk)
As a result, it seems that the owners of the establishment do not care deeply about reputation.

What prompted me to write a review was the communication of the administrator Karina Protasovitskaya with clients.
The first sentence from her was rude and in a raised tone , although it was possible to say everything calmly.
Further, in the communication and the request to give a book of complaints, this negativity and increased tone were also felt. There is no respect, as well as attempts to communicate normally. I don't understand how they even keep such an employee!! As here, so in the book there have been complaints about her more than once.
The second is that many items were not on the menu, although it was not even a day off.
The star is only a waitress girl who did her job well and communicated politely. It would be better to make her an administrator, and not this Karina.
Will I come back? This is unlikely.
And who will be there and if you have any questions, then wait for this Admin, he will spoil your evening 100%, this is probably the only thing she can do.

We have already started to call a taxi, but again the call. I was informed that an error had occurred and unfortunately there are no seats. We continued to wander around the city in search of a place to chat, but after 40 minutes, a familiar number rings again)

Mosquitoes killed the charm of this place the most. As a result, between the stuffy hall and the veranda, the choice is for the second. The service can be called tolerable. To me, who was used to the Moscow service, it seemed to be not enough. The most important thing that distinguished this institution is the taste of food. What was offered was sooo delicious.
