On August 21, 2025, there was an urgent need to print an A3 document. Unfortunately, my experience of interacting with this printing center has left an extremely negative impression. The main problems: - Not being ready for urgent orders. I was refused to print a document of the required format, referring to the fact that the A3 format is printed only the next day. This is absolutely unacceptable when a client needs urgent work done. - Low qualification of the staff. The employee who accepted the order demonstrated poor command of the software. Printing my document required the intervention of another employee, which indicates insufficient staff training (perhaps there was an intern). - Unsatisfactory service. The attitude towards the client left much to be desired. Due attention was not paid to the urgency of the order and my needs. The result of the visit: Despite the difficulties encountered, I had to agree to print in A2 format, since the size of the document was not critical. However, the wasted time and nerves made this experience extremely unpleasant. My recommendations: - Improve the quality of customer service. - Improve staff skills. - Optimize the processes of working with urgent orders - Work on treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, this printing center did not meet my expectations. The lost time and the negative experience of interaction make it impossible for me to continue applying to this institution. I do not recommend visiting this center.
