On August 21, 2025, there was an urgent need to print an A3 document. Unfortunately, my experience of interacting with this printing center has left an extremely negative impression. The main problems: - Not being ready for urgent orders. I was refused to print a document of the required format, referring to the fact that the A3 format is printed only the next day. This is absolutely unacceptable when a client needs urgent work done. - Low qualification of the staff. The employee who accepted the order demonstrated poor command of the software. Printing my document required the intervention of another employee, which indicates insufficient staff training (perhaps there was an intern). - Unsatisfactory service. The attitude towards the client left much to be desired. Due attention was not paid to the urgency of the order and my needs. The result of the visit: Despite the difficulties encountered, I had to agree to print in A2 format, since the size of the document was not critical. However, the wasted time and nerves made this experience extremely unpleasant. My recommendations: - Improve the quality of customer service. - Improve staff skills. - Optimize the processes of working with urgent orders - Work on treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, this printing center did not meet my expectations. The lost time and the negative experience of interaction make it impossible for me to continue applying to this institution. I do not recommend visiting this center.

Terrible print quality on the fabric. We were assured that the paint would be embedded in the fabric and would not peel off during washing. As a result, they didn't have time to bring it home as the sticker had already come off. For example, they give a completely different print sample. The discrepancy between price and quality. They paid almost 100 rubles for three stickers that came off after an hour.

I do not advise anyone to print photos here. Very poor photo print quality. I printed the usual 10*15 and polaroid type. All the paper is cut. The photos are grainy. They did not want to adjust the size, they offered to do it with a frame. I agreed, assuming that no bad advice would be given. It turned out to be advised, it looks disgusting. There were no such problems at the copy center on Frunze 28, beautiful photos were reprinted. And the quality is excellent

Disgusting print quality on clothes. the price tag doesn't even match the quality. I made a print on a dark T-shirt, as a result, half of the print is in some dark spots, when asked what it is, they said that it was all because of the light print on dark things. no one warned about this in advance. 32 rubles were paid for a medium-sized drawing. however, the deadlines for completing the order correspond to the stated ones, for which the score is 2, not 1. I do not recommend printing anything more than text/photos.
