I want to warn other customers about a serious quality problem. I bought cans of tuna, unfortunately I don't remember the name, at the Friends store during the last month. The production dates of the cans were different. The result: Each of the three cans had the same pronounced taste of iron. This taste is so strong that it overpowers the taste of the fish itself, even in the salad. From the point of view of commodity science (I am studying for this specialty) such a defect is a sign of a possible violation of the integrity of the inner varnish layer of the jar, which leads to contact of the product with metal. This not only spoils the taste, but also calls into question the safety of the product when consumed regularly. The manufacturer and the store should pay attention to quality control of this batch (or, possibly, all products). The product clearly does not meet the requirements of GOST for organoleptic parameters (taste and smell). The unfriendly staff also catches your eye , often they don 't even greet you and can be rude .
