They are polite and attentive. A cool idea with the separation of zones by the bar counter. There is a common room with tables where you can come with a group or eat by yourself. And there is a quieter area with tables for two, which have sockets. You can sit with your laptop without disturbing anyone. The disadvantages are small, but they affect the overall perception.: My favorite division into zones is no longer the same as before - the tables can be filled with boxes or the staff themselves are working behind them. Desserts are not being prepared, they are on display. Although they taste good, you'd expect that more from a coffee shop than a cafe. They once issued a loyalty card. There was no big discount, but the fact itself was very pleasant. But recently they stopped accepting them due to the fact that the management has changed, and they do not see the point in these cards. It doesn't seem to be a big deal, but it seems like you're not very welcome here anymore. There are fewer familiar faces among the staff, and the communication itself has changed slightly. Previously, it was possible to support a small gathering, and when they offered to bring coffee or my favorite borscht, my heart melted and was ready to leave the last money for tea. There is practically no such thing anymore, everything is polite, within the framework of the usual service, but without the same atmosphere as before.
