Terrible dry cleaning! I submitted an application through the website - silence. The next day I tried again - silence. No greetings, no reply. A couple of days later, the courier just called. He says I'll be there in 15 minutes, I'll pick up my things. I think it's interesting... It was not agreed with anyone, no one confirmed my application, the administrator did not call, but immediately the courier was suddenly at the entrance. We didn't manage the deadlines either. I gave away a blanket and pillows, they were made in a week. And they didn't do it very well, not all the stains were washed off. One pillow actually arrived all damp and smelled like "grandma's rag from the sink." All the filler in the pillows and blanket was crumpled into shreds and lumps. If I had known this would happen, I would never have applied. I don't recommend it. They removed a couple of stains and knocked everything to shreds.

I took 3 winter jackets to the dry cleaners, they returned all three in such a way that I could wash them myself in the washing machine... All three jackets have very downed fur. It is impossible to wear. It is not possible to return to the original state of the word at all... I have no idea how or with what they cleaned jackets at the dry cleaner's. But judging by the reviews here, they haven't heard about customer orientation and good quality. It's a pity. I do not recommend this place…

We brought the item for repair to your organization Pink Diamond LLC at Kazimirovskaya 6. The repair was done well, but they spoiled the appearance of the thing. Greasy spots appeared on the trowel, which were not there. When talking on the phone with an employee, Nadezhda Dmitrievna Sushinskaya, who was rude, interrupted, sarcastic when asked if the issue with the damaged thing had been resolved and whether they had talked to the director, she did not exactly answer no, but simply said that she would not ask the director that they had brought such a thing. Taking into account the fact that the thing was brought without stains and when receiving the thing, when they showed where to sew it up, Sushinskaya did not say anything about the stains that they were, did not fix them, which means that they were not on the day of receiving the thing for repair. They said that everything is visible on the cameras. The request to show the video from the cameras was refused, the director was not called, cropped screenshots from the camera were shown, without the date and time when the item was brought. That is, the date and time from the video were specially cut off. And we want to note that another employee showed this photo, they came a day ago, they wanted to talk to the director. It was said that you would come and talk another day. And in the end, when they came and Nadezhda Dmitrievna Sushinskaya worked, she said that she would not call the director, began to be rude, sarcastic, interrupt, lie that she offered dry cleaning (like clean it yourself) and just laughed in the face, whispering with a colleague. We wrote a complaint about a damaged item and a complaint about an employee in the complaint book. If you do not peacefully take action in this situation with the thing and in relation to the employee of Nadezhda Dmitrievna Sushinskaya (to deprive the bonus, reduce the salary or fine for boorish customer service), then we go to the consumer protection society and conduct an examination to establish when and what the stains were made and you will be obliged to pay money for expenses for examination, for washing the thing or reimbursement of the cost of the thing, if it is not washed, for moral damage and state tax. A terrible place, employees, which speaks about the company as a whole!

I gave light things to the dry cleaners: a down jacket and a coat. I was completely delighted with the service! All employees are polite, responsive, and very pleasant to communicate with. I gave my sneakers to the dry cleaners. They promised a deadline of 3 days, in the end they had to wait a week, the sneakers were cleaned very badly. They didn't even bother to wash the part of the sole that is visible on the sides. I had to do it myself. And initially they assured me that it was ingrained dirt / resin, etc., although I later did it myself with an ordinary toothbrush and water without much effort. I definitely do not recommend this place, because not only are they poorly cleaned, they are also rude on the phone when you voice their jambs in a completely polite way.

The disgusting quality of the carpet cleaner's work. I ruined one carpet completely, I redid the second one for almost a month. I do not recommend cleaning carpets in this company.
