I handed over a suede jacket, but upon receipt I found out that one half of the hem was ruined, and the other remained in normal condition. In response to my arguments that the thing had lost its appearance, the workers tried to convince me that this was not because of their work.
I was forced to come for the third time, I was told that the manager was not working today. I just wanted to refund the money for the damaged item, but they told me that in any case I would have to come back.
This attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. I can't understand how you can leave people without solving their problems, especially when it comes to money and spoiled things.
