I do not recommend anyone to waste time on this company. The interview was conducted not for the purpose of evaluating skills, but for the self-affirmation of the supervisor. Instead of discussing my experiences and cases, I was interrogated about my personal life, relatives, and childhood. The manager allows himself to play the "psychologist", making tactless assumptions about tragic events in the candidate's family and trying to put pressure on the patient. This goes far beyond business ethics and basic human decency. Also, be prepared that your personal data will be interpreted as you like: the management was not too lazy to find tax data from previous jobs in order to guess aloud about my salary. The communication style is arrogant ("my time is more precious than yours"). The atmosphere in the office is oppressive, the staff look intimidated. If you are looking for a healthy environment and professional development, this is definitely not the place for you. This is a "red flag" in the labor market.
