A new area with a promenade along the bay. Several observation decks overlooking Downtown, a floating bridge, a marina for yachts. There are great photos at sunset. Everything is very beautiful and modern. There was not enough place where you can buy ice cream, although there are coffee shops and restaurants. The tower just wasn't built.

- This is a new and perhaps the most promising area of Dubai.
- At the location of the geometry on the map, there is a chic sales department of Emaar, in the hall there are several layouts with already completed and projected development projects👍
- If you arrive in your car, you can park it in the free parking lot near the Emaar sales department. There are valet parking right near the entrance to the pavilion.
