There are a lot of people, but the squares are huge and it doesn't bother. An excellent information system, you can install an application, it is very convenient, but you need to choose the point where you are (a store nearby) and where you want to go. For me, more often than not, these gigantic spaces turned into a minus. I was constantly lost and cursing in my head, trying for an hour to find a specific store or point. Yes, there are navigators in places, but there were not enough of them and we often had to look for them too :)
+ the air conditioners blow very strongly, and even if it's +45 outside, it's better to come there in a sweater.

You will see a queue of 100 people (this is at peak) - do not be afraid and do not grab an express taxi, where the price is at least 5 times more. You will leave in 10 minutes, everything is very well organized. After leaving the door of the queue, go strictly to the left, there are your cars with checkers on top. One of the main attractions is a huge aquarium and an underwater zoo. I was thrilled to be able to observe marine life right inside the mall. Then I went to the ice rink and spent some time there, enjoying the atmosphere. I also noticed that there is a lot of entertainment for children here, which makes Dubai Mall a great place for a family holiday.
After a busy shopping trip, I decided to have lunch. The choice of restaurants turned out to be huge, and I settled on one of the local Arabic restaurants. The food was simply delicious – I tried the traditional dishes and was very satisfied. Next time, I definitely want to try other cuisines that are presented here.
The atmosphere in the Dubai Mall struck with its liveliness and dynamism. Despite the huge number of visitors, I never felt cramped or uncomfortable. The interiors were tastefully decorated and each area seemed unique. The spaces were organized so that even in such a large place it was easy to navigate.
The staff was very polite and always ready to help. I turned to the information desks several times, and they always gave me accurate and useful advice. This made it much easier for me to move around the mall.
My visit to the Dubai Mall left the most positive impressions. This is not just a shopping mall, but a real place for entertainment and recreation. If you find yourself in Dubai, I strongly recommend visiting the Dubai Mall – it's an experience worth experiencing.

We are here with an excursion to everything about everything, including fountains, we were given exactly 2 hours! If someone was late, they had to take a taxi back. Of course, 2 hours is very very short. The only thing we managed to buy was a phone. Fortunately, they knew in advance that the equipment was on the top floor. It was a quest! As soon as they let us go, we rushed to look for a toilet, found a huge queue there, then looked for exchangers-we found time to walk around and see something else! Then immediately to the 4th floor for the phone, weighing all the pros and cons, using a translator on the phone and bypassing all 3 departments with a cell phone, pouring out seven pots we bought! The sellers are all polite, name-calling, explained that you can return the tax free (tax) at the airport, they gladly sold us a Samsung phone, handing us a bunch more gifts!
And of course, we didn't have time to see the aquarium and especially the fountains, we spent the remaining 30 minutes looking for the departure point where we need to return at exactly 21:00.
My advice is not to combine shopping and excursions in this case. But so we went as far as 100 km to Dubai, of course we wanted to catch two birds with one stone!

And of course, there were some disadvantages, if you want to take a taxi from the Mall parking lot, you either need to pay 3 times more than the usual price tag to a private driver, whom you will find right in the parking lot, there are a lot of them. Or how can we wait from 1 hour or more for a taxi ordered from the app at an adequate price , but it is almost impossible to find it in the parking lot , geolocation in the basement is incorrectly displayed , there are just thousands of cars that are traveling in a stream , calling the driver and naming the parking section did not help either (. The evening was definitely ruined 🫣 for this , not I'm going to shoot a star. We concluded for ourselves that it is easier to go to any hotel near the Burj Khalifa and just call a taxi to it , or if you treat the subway normally , you can go to the station from the Mall and take the subway to the right place.
