We had a family vacation. We rented it for a day. The houses are neat with an open veranda on which, in warm weather, it is pleasant to sit in the evening with a cup / mug / glass.... Almost all the rooms were occupied, and at the same time it was quiet on the territory, no one was making noise, the vacationers were calm, mostly children or couples.
Inside the houses it is quite cozy: separate bedrooms and a large living room combined with a kitchen. The water is heated from the boiler. For a longer period, you can also completely stay at any time of the year (in autumn and winter, electric heaters are turned on).
But the most important thing for which we chose this place, of course, is nature. The base is located deep in the forest on the shore of the lake. The lake is shallow, therefore quiet and without waves, it's nice to just sit on the shore or on the bridge with or without a fishing rod, it doesn't matter.
A great option for a family vacation away from the noise.

The campsite is located in the forest by the lake. Silence and beauty. The house has two separate rooms. The interior is decorated with light clapboard, ikea furniture. Wonderful air. The base's caretaker, Nikolai, suggested where to go for mushrooms. Cons: there are 2 pots in the room. You need to cook yourself, one for soup, and in the other you need to cook the side dish and put it out hotter and have one saucepan for everything. The manager warned that the WiFi was weak, but for two days it was not there at all. The equipment in the house is already battered - the washing machine and shower are leaking.

We had a rest with my husband for a week, I liked everything. The room is clean and comfortable. Everything is available for relaxation: dishes, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. The room is very cozy. We were very lucky with the weather, we sunbathed, swam, and fished. But there were no mushrooms. And even the noisy and brazen company of men in the neighboring house did not spoil the impression. The administration is very attentive and responsive. We plan to come in winter.

A good place if you want to take a break from civilization. There is practically no Internet, WiFi works very poorly, you can't watch the video. The fenced area is relatively small. There is a small beach, you can swim, rent boats. A swan swam to us. You can also walk in the woods. We gathered chanterelles and cooked them. There is a sauna, you can play tennis. You need to cook the food yourself, for this the houses have a kitchen. The house where we lived is very cozy. However, on the first day we had a rat in our room, an employee of Duck Lake had to catch it and escort it out. The staff themselves are polite and responsive.

Very cozy and pleasant location. The lake is warm and there are a lot of fish. The host and the administrator are super! We felt very good and comfortable, despite the bad weather, the hurricane and the rain. There is a delicious supermarket nearby! The city of Polotsk is charming and hospitable. Interesting excursions and wonderful food! We will definitely come back!

A wonderful place to relax! Nice houses, comfortable, shower, toilet, good water pressure. All the household appliances that a city person is used to. The water in the room is of good quality, no foreign smell, no sediment.
I wish the base prosperity, from the shortcomings: replace the pans, you can't cook on them; fix the slats in the bed, replace the light bulbs with normal LED ones - it's a little dark.

It's a good place. Pine forest, a small lake nearby. I haven't ridden a bike for a hundred years, they rented it with the children and drove it. We have to go to the city for groceries. The houses are cozy. Maybe we were unlucky, but the bed linen had a slightly unpleasant smell, probably dried for a very long time after washing. A good sauna for a fee. There is a barbecue. We rested 2 times, from April 28 to May 1 and October 13 to October 19. The place is magical. In a pine forest, on the shore of Lake Suya. A two-family house. Each room has a TV, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, shower, toilet. There is a sauna on site. Wi-Fi is available. The city of Polotsk is 15 kilometers away. The location is convenient. Recommend👍🏾

We came to this wonderful place for the 3rd year in a row! The location is simply gorgeous - the base is located right by the lake, which creates a unique atmosphere of tranquility and unity with nature.
The territory is perfectly clean, a big plus is the availability of firewood for the barbecue. I would especially like to note the kindness and responsiveness of the administrator Nikolai Mikhailovich, who was always ready to help.

We had a vacation with my husband in September. I liked everything. Wonderful nature, lake, swans. The houses are good, you can light the stove if it's cold. Respect to the manager. But I note that there are no kitchen rags, the frying pan is 1000 years old, it's time to replace it, and there is not much smell in the house.

We returned a couple of days ago from here. There is something to say about this place and I want the owners of the estate to pay attention. It can be seen that the houses were built in good faith, in very good condition, good layout, spacious and most importantly that everything you need is there, then a washing machine and a dishwasher. We lived in a house 5 with a view of the lake, the place is very beautiful, for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city is the best. However, there is something to fix, and I want this place to be better and not fall into disrepair. First, you need a normal staff who will keep an eye on the houses and the territory. It's sad when the only person who greets guests and is responsible for the services provided is a drunk and deranged grandfather every day, confusing keys and house numbers. In my opinion, this is the main disadvantage.
The second is the poorly maintained territory of the estate, the grass is not mowed on the beach, the bathing place is overgrown with algae, water lilies and reeds, swimming is very inconvenient and unpleasant, it would be cool to pour sand on the beach, at least for children a sandbox. Another of the disadvantages are abandoned houses on the territory and garbage, old things lying around. And we also need to fix the tiles in the bathroom, which fell off the wall and on the floor, concerns room 5, in which we lived, although in general we really liked the houses, everything is sound and comfortable. I would like to wish the intelligent staff who will support and develop the estate, so that I would like to return here more than once.

I really liked it! The houses are super. Everything is clean. We were in a large house with 2 bedrooms. There was even a dishwasher. There is a sauna on site. It was well heated by our arrival. There is an exit to the lake next to the bathhouse. I definitely recommend it.

We rested three times! I like everything very much. The houses have all the furniture from Ikea. The mattresses are soft, the linen is clean. The kitchen has a full set of dishes. It's warm in winter. Additionally, you can flood the stove. The nature is wonderful, forest, lake, clean air. The house has a barbecue, firewood will also be brought. Near the city of Polotsk with a huge number of shops. In general, all you need to take with you are products and a good company!

База отдыха расположена недалеко от города Полоцк, на озере Суя, в красивом сосновом лесу. На территории несколько домиков, есть баня. Для комфортного проживания есть все: туалет, душ, стиральная машина, даже посудомоечная машина есть, фен, плита, холодильник, необходимая посуда, полотенца, постельное белье, жидкое мыло, жидкость для мытья посуды. В домике уютно,чисто, всё в хорошем состоянии. Есть небольшая печь-камин. Отопление электрическими конвекторами, горячая вода -накопительный водонагреватель. На террасе столик, стулья. Возле домика есть мангал. Вообще даже в мелочах чувствуется забота о комфорте отдыхающих. Администратор Николай Михайлович приветливый и общительный, поможет решить все вопросы. Кто любит лес, рыбалку, собирать грибы, ягоды, вам сюда! Нам понравилось ( мы отдыхали в домике 7)!

Three large lakes nearby.

Шикарно. Уютные домики, хорошие виды.
Мужчина, который смотрит за домиками, очень учтив. В любое время вам помогут получить все недостающее для комфортного отдыха. Есть детский манеж для сна. Мебель из Икеи, не убита, все аккуратно.
Вам предложат в теплое время года и даже осенью катамараны, рыбалку.
Единственный момент для меня, это слышимость между смежными домиками. Мы снимали сразу оба и я слышала с утра разговоры своих подруг за стенкой в соседнем домике.
Зимой не просто тепло, а прям жарко в домах.
Мы были в апреле, июле и октябре. В разные времена года отдых прекрасен по-своему.

Отличная база отдыха. Домики очень хорошие, внутри все Икеа, уютные и просторные. Можно взять на прокат лодку/сап/катамаран. Есть баня, час взять нельзя, есть минимум. Еще вернёмся точно!

Отличное место, куда можно убежать от городской суеты. Проживали в vip домике семьей в начале августа. В первый день заезда был омрачён плохой погодой которая привела к отключению электричества и всего что мним связано(горячая и холодная вода), но утром следующего дня всё наладилось. Из плюсов чисто всё что необходимо присутствовало в домике. Понравился большой зал, учитывая что всегда путешествуем с видеопроектором по вечерам был полноценный кинозал!!! Единственный минус это плохой интернет на территории, а может и плюс для полного отключения и отдыха. Спасибо владельцам и обслуживающему персоналу!!!

Рядом большое озеро, рыбалка.
Очень демократичные цены, и приветливый персонал.
Домики без изысков, но все чисто, прилично, комфортно.
Если хотите убежать из города - самое то!

Были в середине августа с семьей в домике с видом на озеро. Все понравилось, единственный напряг- это безумное количество ос... одна укусила меня, другая ребенка- это ужас... По турбазе все достойно- домик чистый, все относительно новое, в рабочем состоянии. Главный по турбазе Николай Михайлович всегда на месте и готов помочь по всем вопросам. Баня... нормальная, каменка, легкий пар. Но парилка огромная, а каменка небольшая, но все достойно. Рыбалка, грибы, мангал, купание в озере- что еще надо, чтобы убежать из мегаполиса и ощутить единение с Природой!

Раньше ездили, часто ездили, почти все праздники там. Но испортилось впечатление. Раньше Михалыч шуршал по хозяйству, уборка была хорошая, мебель чинил, сейчас он чаще всего "под мухой", хоть и по прежнему добр. Надеюсь, хозяева сделают выводы. Туда уже пора вложиться немного в текущий ремонт, поставить нового управляющего.

Турбаза приятно удивила сочетанием дикой природы и комфортным проживанием. Запах соснового леса, пение птиц, семейка лебедей, рыбалка надолго останутся в памяти. Близкое расположение к городу Полоцку.

На берегу чистого озера , уютные трехкомнатные домики, телевизор,холодильник,эл плитка,посудомойка,душ. Один недостаток всю еду с собой. Правда до ближайшей деревни 5 км.И все это находиться в шикарном бору.

Отдыхали на выходных семьей. Домики чистые, ремонт хороший, приятный персонал. Очень жаль что пляж не оборудован для купания - заход в воду только с пирса, что не очень удобно для детей маленьких. В остальном все понравилось. Спасибо

Прекрасное место. Тихо, красиво, виды шикарные. Снять можно одну половину домика, который разделён пополам. То есть, жить будете с одним соседями. Терраса общая, разделёння перегородок. Места, чтобы поставить машину полно. Домики относительно новые, чистые, мебель внутри тоже достаточно новая из Икеа. Смотрится красиво. Внутри есть телевизор в общей гостиной. Гостиная совмещена с кухней. Две отдельные спальни и отдельный санузел. Есть мини камин. А вообще обогрев домика автономный, можно выставить комфортную температуру на радиаторе в каждой комнате. Это очень удобно. Также есть причал с беседкой, в которой очень приятно сидеть в жаркую погоду. Озеро очень красивое! На озере можно кататься на катамаране, рыбачить и купаться. Лесная дорога к турбазе даже в дождливую погоду вполне прохожима для обычных легковых автомобилей.
