A criminal case has been initiated against a group of persons of JV LLC Danube-Transit (Odessa, Devolanovsky descent, 7) under Article 190 Part 4 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Fraud committed on an especially large scale or by an organized group of persons) No. 12017040450000687 dated 08/14/2017. The joint venture of LLC Danube - Transit fraudulently seized cargo belonging to LLC Alliance Eco Agrogumat, while extorting and continuing for more than two months extort money without providing any information about the availability of cargo!!!!!
