Unfortunately, my experience of visiting the Dune convenience store left many negative impressions. The format of selling through a window at night, although it seems convenient, in practice causes many inconveniences. The range of products is very limited, and you can often encounter a lack of necessary products. This is especially frustrating when you're trying to buy something specific, but it's just not available. The quality of the goods also leaves much to be desired. Expired or not fresh products are often found, which causes dissatisfaction and doubts about the reliability of the store. The staff, although polite, sometimes does not behave very professionally. There are times when you have to wait a long time to get an answer to a question or place an order. In addition, the process of buying through the window looks quite uncomfortable, especially in bad weather. In general, the Dune store did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it as a reliable place to shop.
