I booked this hotel through the islet, all reviews on the islet are purchased. Upon arrival , I found a dirty room , an air conditioner that did not work , a wild stench of sewage from the bathtub , there was no water pressure from the word at all . I had to urgently look for another hotel, the money was not returned, but they offered to move to another bedbugs and then the next day! I do not recommend it!

Everything in the room was broken (faucet, shower, sockets), cockroaches, dirty towels, generally unsanitary conditions and everything is already very old. There is no reception at all, they just meet near the entrance and hand over the keys. In general, I definitely do not advise you to stay in this place!

Avoid this place!
We booked through the island. In fact, this is not a hotel, but several rooms (as we later realized). We arrived late in the evening. There is no reception at the hotel, a man met us on the street, he did not introduce himself. As we expected, he gave us a dirty old room. There wasn't even a flush button in the toilet, you can see the photo. There were papers on the floor, a refrigerator in terrible condition, etc.
We demanded to be given a better room. He reluctantly agreed, visually the other room seemed better, then we realized how wrong we were. Previously, the guy warned that he would evict us earlier from this room to another and was doing us a favor.
In fact, what was wrong with the room: the wardrobe did not open completely - the doors were broken, the socket, the faucet in the bathroom, the switch in the shower were broken. The toilet seat was not fixed on the toilet. Lighting does not work everywhere, part of the structure of the air conditioner is broken. Towels in the hair. There is old water and dirt in the kettle. And so on, it can take a long time to list. But the dead cockroach in the room was the last straw.
The hotel was non-refundable, but we started negotiations with support by sending a video of the room, because it's just some kind of flophouse. Ali (that turned out to be his name, an Arab) agreed to provide us with a room where everything works - that's what he told the support.
*Keep in mind that if something breaks in your room or you need to resolve an issue, you will have to contact different people in neighboring buildings on the street. We saw Ali 1 time, he did not introduce himself and did not give us his phone number. The keys to the rooms are given by various incomprehensible people, some do not speak English. *
We came in the morning waiting for a room change. Of course Ali wasn't there. They asked some kid on the street to call Ali. On the phone, he told us that all his rooms are the same and good. But we agreed to come in the evening. He told us to wait for him for 4 hours, but we were traveling and we were not interested in waiting for him. In the evening, His Majesty Ali did not appear, of course, either. His "brother" from the next building called him and he said I'll be there right now, and so on several times. We waited outside for half an hour or more. As a result, another Turkish man came with an interpreter in the form of a very young guy. They started asking us again what the problem was, because they didn't know. Then some third dude came up, almost from a kebab shop. And this sur continued. I showed on the translator that we would leave a bad review, to which the Turk (what he has to do with the hotel, I do not know) replied - they don't care, but for some reason he started yelling. It also became immediately clear to us that no one would solve our problems and began to feel unsafe in this incomprehensible hotel. And we checked out on the same day and continued to resolve the issue with support. At the same time, for three nights while this epic lasted, we had to live in another place. We couldn't sleep in the west taksim suites for fear of bedbugs and cockroaches.
Be ready to take everything on video and even record conversations, because Ali is constantly lying and cheating - otherwise, in case of any problems, you will not prove anything.
