There wasn't a single car in front of me. I waited for half an hour. Several times during this time, employees looked out the window. Half an hour later, a guy was walking by, said the gate wasn't working, he had to come in from the other side. I waited there for another half hour. Seeing that there are several cars and not saying a word, just look out... At least they put up some paper. I spent an hour and a half there instead of 30-40 minutes !! And the child had to be picked up from school, in the cold. To put it mildly, I did not understand such a finished attitude towards clients from the word at all.

Awful. The car was washed disgustingly, all the openings are dirty, the bumpers from below seem not to have been washed, the wheels are dirty.
