I'm not doing anything, that day there was only a transfer to myself from another bank for 120 dollars. They say that the problem can only be solved by visiting the bank in person. How do I do this if I'm in Indonesia??? They stopped responding to requests altogether, there are $230 on the card, which cannot be withdrawn anywhere. It's terrible!!!

I was at the head office of the City Bank today, I wanted to issue a Visa card. But instead of normal service, I received strange questions from an employee at the second table: "Why do you need a Visa?" Seriously? I came to the bank, but I feel like I'm being interrogated. It feels like I'm asking for something out of the ordinary, rather than an ordinary banking service. The bank behaves as if it is the only one in the world, and customers have no choice. If it were possible to pay for the necessary services through another bank, I would not even think about coming here. Respect for the client is not a luxury, but an elementary norm.

On 10.28.25, we sent 65,000rubles from the bank of Dushanbe to our Russian card, and this money has not been received to this day!
