The card was blocked for no reason. I contacted them, they said that everything was in order, everything was working. After 3 hours of correspondence, they said that the account and card were blocked due to large receipts, and also clarified whether I was engaged in crypto. I'm not doing anything, that day there was only a transfer to myself from another bank for 120 dollars. They say that the problem can only be solved by visiting the bank in person. How do I do this if I'm in Indonesia??? They stopped responding to requests altogether, there are $230 on the card, which cannot be withdrawn anywhere. It's terrible!!!

I was at the head office of the City Bank today, I wanted to issue a Visa card. But instead of normal service, I received strange questions from an employee at the second table: "Why do you need a Visa?" Seriously? I came to the bank, but I feel like I'm being interrogated. It feels like I'm asking for something out of the ordinary, rather than an ordinary banking service. The bank behaves as if it is the only one in the world, and customers have no choice. If it were possible to pay for the necessary services through another bank, I would not even think about coming here. Respect for the client is not a luxury, but an elementary norm.

I do not recommend this bank. We bought a card in the Russian Federation and did everything according to the terms of this bank. On 10.28.25, we sent 65,000rubles from the bank of Dushanbe to our Russian card, and this money has not been received to this day! I highly recommend not to create a card here. In addition to periodic failures that lead to complete inactivity of the card, they also manage to quietly block the card for unknown reasons unrelated to your operations personally. You come abroad and at that moment you discover that your card doesn't work and you no longer have access to your money, and then you spin as you walk. Support says come to the office in Dushanbe, we will talk to you there. When blocking a card, the bank does not even bother to notify you about it and does not conduct any checks. He just blocks it, and then you prove that you are a good citizen. The bank quietly blocks the card, citing problems with some partner. Such a service is just a game in the modern world.

The most terrible "bank" and wallet. 1. The call center cannot be reached. 2. The system constantly crashes when it is waiting for your problem to be solved on the spot. 3. VERY slow maintenance 4. Employees don't know, they can just say it won't work to solve your problem when you ask to call a manager or someone else he solves.
