The worst bank. Disgusting attitude towards customers. This bank has no director or anyone else to contact. It's just the cameramen, and when we talk, it's like we owe them something. And if you're from somewhere deep in the Pamirs and you've lost access to your SIM card, you'll have to come to Dushanbe to withdraw your money. That's exactly what we were told at the main office of this bank at this address.
