It is one of the best hotels in the city, especially if you manage to catch the room at a special price. Very helpful staff, good wifi, and nice breakfast

The hotel is beautiful, nice, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. A buffet breakfast with a good selection. The hotel as a whole corresponds to five stars!

It's a disgusting hotel, don't waste your time on it, much less your money.
The staff knows nothing, is not responsible for anything. There were almost empty and dirty packages of shampoo and shower gel in the room, which had not been changed for several days.
When she asked for a replacement, they did it the third time. They brought them full, but the packaging was chewed and dirty.
I won't even talk about toothpaste and a brush - they weren't there, requests to bring them were ignored.
And there were plenty of such examples with this hotel.
As a result, my requests to give me what they should began to be perceived with resentment (standard behavior of the staff at this hotel).
And as they did not understand several times what it meant to extend the hotel for several days AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO DO IT, it was just a song with hysterical notes from the reception staff and their administrator.
Walk past this hotel. I understand that there are peculiarities of the country and this must be taken into account, but in this hotel they have crossed all the boundaries of what is allowed.

An old five, tired. Excellent beds and pillows. Not a bad breakfast. Great location - quiet, but in the center. It's very green all around. The hotel has a souvenir shop, and surprisingly, low prices! I definitely recommend it!

A decent, well-located hotel. There are many beautiful, I would even say expensive details in the national style in the interiors. Friendly, well-mannered staff, speak English, but do not disdain Russian. The breakfasts are modest, but quite edible. It is surprising that the main part of the fruit is not local (this is in October!). The rooftop pool is small and cold in October, as it is not heated, and the nights are already cold. I can't say anything about the prices, since the receiving party paid. In general, it reaches 4 stars, but no more.

Nice hotel close to the airport and the center of Dushanbe. Colorful rooms in the national style, good service. The room has everything you need: tea, coffee, mini-bar, bathrobes, slippers. Breakfast is a buffet. There is a very nice souvenir shop in the lobby.

The staff is terrible. I came here for a massage and found that some young man, a hotel employee, was spying on me. I also didn't immediately kick him out! The hotel did not even apologize to my outrage. They said he didn't know Russian well, but what does the language have to do with it if he hung out in the women's half, where men can't even enter! And even stand and spy on naked customers.
Definitely not worth settling here, especially if you are a woman.

And yesterday I arrived, and I was sent to three letters with a confirmed armor. However, after that they reported that there is one number, a presidential one for $ 600. Be careful, friends. I've never had this before.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. I took a room with a kingsize bed.
They cleaned well every day.
The windows faced the facade and the street. It's quiet at night, I sleep with the window open.
Breakfast was frankly weak.

Hotel fraud. Be careful, they tell you about the services included for free, and then they roll out a large bill. It is unrealistic to prove that the services were announced as included in the room price. They will never tell you their cost or show you the price list. It's especially fun if the plane is about to leave, and you didn't expect such expenses.

The hotel is big. The staff is well trained. But, there are a lot of small "jambs" (somewhere the wire is loose, somewhere a stain on the carpet, somewhere the picture does not hang exactly). The locals, with their negligence, do not even notice these errors. The price is very high for Dushanbe. I think that the price-quality ratio greatly outweighs the price. Dear owners, if you want to sell your rooms at European prices, then provide European quality. There are many offers around with excellent service (the level of Tajikistan), but by an order of magnitude (10 times) cheaper.
