I especially remember the peach-tangerine lemonade: not over-sweetened, soft and at an excellent price. I wish there was food in the restaurant, but as far as I understand, you can order it there.

They are reluctant to pour water for free, although in bars and hookah bars (especially at this level) this is expected as a base minimum.. it's very strange, so we would have ordered more. And it would be fine if these were the rules of the institution, but HOW (rude, rude) this information has been submitted.. the hookah is delicious, the hookah man is courteous. Hookah bars are overrated. The style is really five stars. Everything is very cool, decorated, cozy and stylish. However, a huge disadvantage is the level of service and the attitude of the staff. Hookah drinkers do not specifically change coals to encourage hookah change. Waiters and hookah drinkers take a formal approach to work, because of the flow of customers they cannot take the time to guests and exchange a few words. Hookah bar is still about informal communication, including with guests. Well, the hookahs themselves are 4.

The management needs to have a conversation with the hostess. Girls are essentially the face of the institution. These are the people who greet the guests, who set the tone for the evening. What's the outcome - Did you come to the lounge with your friends on January 7? 2 hours ahead of our reservation, the hostess kindly informed us that we were early and whether we could come up with something. In response, they looked at us as if we were a sewer, rolled their eyes and stupidly asked our own question. Then we ask again if there is a table available (again, as politely as possible). The hostesses answered harshly no, and again there was a look of discontent on their face. It's like we didn't come to the lounge, but to a Michelin restaurant (although even there you will never be looked down upon) In short, girls, lower your emergency and have respect for the visitors. I don't want to go back to this place.

We were sitting in the 4th room tonight, everyone is happy and left a very good impression. Many thanks to the bartender for the pleasant attitude and attention to the tastes of customers. The atmosphere here is really cozy and relaxing, and you immediately feel comfortable. But most of all, I was impressed with the staff — the guys closely monitor the guests, take into account all wishes, respond quickly to requests and create the feeling that you are in good hands. The cocktails here are simply delicious — bright, balanced, with interesting flavors. And, of course, hookahs deserve special mention — fragrant, rich, with high-quality serving. It is clear that they approach their business with their hearts. Overall, the evening went great, and now I know for sure that "Blow" is a place where I want to return.
