Basically a good store. It's nice that there is a purchase option on arrival. The disadvantages include the fact that there is no proper quality control of the goods. I recently took a Cabernet Savingnon from Villa Antinori upon arrival. I love this wine and I've bought it in this store before, but this time it was obviously spoiled. A chain of stores where alcohol sales are one of the main areas of their business should be able to track this. Plus, the lack of feedback does not characterize them in the best way.
