I want to leave a review about this furniture salon. I have repeatedly heard that the furniture itself is good, and the quality of the furniture too. But that's what kind of service is there... There are simply no words. Initially, I got to a young girl, she explained everything to me quite well, answered all questions politely, explained what was what. But that day I was in a hurry, so I said that I would come within a week, and I was sure that I would buy the furniture in this particular furniture store. On my next visit, I already got to another consultant. She's also a girl, but she's noticeably older than the previous one, with Asian looks (I don't want to offend anyone, just to clarify). This is the first time I've seen clients treated this way. She's not friendly, talks rudely, and if I ask something again, my expression looks like I've asked this question 1,000 times already. The attitude is as if I'm going to buy furniture here with her money, and she's extremely unhappy about it. I didn't like the consultation at all. There is no explanation, every word needs to be dragged out. When I asked her to treat me more politely, she started snapping and being rude. With such an employee, you will lose more customers than you will increase sales. After talking to the person who advised me to come to you for furniture (they bought from you relatively recently), I found out that they also encountered this boorish person, and they had the same unpleasant attitude. But they kind of came the next day, already got to another consultant, and already purchased furniture. Considering that I am not an isolated case, I believe that she always has this attitude towards clients. I ask you to deal with this situation and explain to your employee how you can and cannot treat clients. It's even better to think about replacing employees with more qualified and responsible ones.
