Positive: I still couldn't find a single advantage. Cons: we signed a contract for the purchase of boxes, platbands and doborov. Without doors. What is available in all stores, you need to wait a month for this! And it has no doors, just a box, trim panels and dobs in the standard white color. It's my fault, I didn't specify the delivery time BEFORE payment. But the most interesting part started later. After signing the contract (on October 31), the order was paid at the same time. When we returned home, we decided that we didn't want to wait a month and wanted to terminate the contract. The next day! (November 1) we arrived at this "wonderful" salon and wrote an application for termination, our copy of the contract was taken away from us, they say you no longer need it, we terminated it. On November 3, during the day, attempts to reach the accounting department were unsuccessful. On November 4, I finally got through to them and they told me that the money would be returned only if the lawyers allowed it. I got through to the lawyers. They saw our statement, and they just prepared an additional termination agreement (attention! We don't have a contract anymore! Why do I need an additional agreement if the contract was taken away from me) and it will be sent tomorrow (i.e. November 5). Today is November 12th, I have just received a letter stamped on November 10th, which contains an addendum dated November 3rd and a cover letter dated November 5th. And according to the text of the addendum, it says that the money will be returned to us after signing and returning the addendum. So what? Or a refund? That is, the application for termination is not enough for you? Do you need an additional agreement with my signature? In total, you have been using my money for 2 weeks. People! This is the most terrible company that we had to deal with during the renovation. Starting from Inna's manager, who doesn't know much about anything, and ending with the termination of the contract. Needless to say, on Saturday, November 1, we found everything we needed at another company, and on Monday, November 3, they brought it all home to us.
