In the summer of 2025, we ordered the doors and 2 El Porta portals from this company. The installation was done efficiently, but there were problems with measurements. The measurer assured that a large portal could be made already by a couple of cm on both sides during installation, since the length of the door was not enough.A deal was struck.Later, upon arrival, the installer (the installer and the measurer are two different employees from the store) refused to install it, citing the inability to narrow the portal and the unsightly connection. As a result: 1) the portal is not installed, although the materials have been paid for. 2) mistakes were made during the measurements — we were sold excess materials that the store refused to take away because of the removed protective film (namely 11 doborov and 6 platbands). This caused disappointment, unnecessary expenses and left an unpleasant impression of cooperation with this store.
