This is the second time I've bought doors from this company! For the first time 12 years ago, we performed well! Having two small children and a dog, no questions asked! Easy to clean, perfect installation. Dmitry played it for the first time. Now we have bought a new apartment and again turned to the same place. Perfect painting, high-quality fittings. the doors were done even ahead of schedule. Everything is on the level! Installed by Vadim, with hidden installation....Not a single comment! I also ordered a baseboard from them! I recommend everything, Price -quality!

The desk is disgusting......as it is, the staff of the Surganova Street store (I am addressing a female salesperson with black hair) does not know the norms of politeness, and they do not know what customer orientation is....he behaves boorishly, shows considerable importance, could not name the prices on the door...she explained that she was very busy, not up to the customers who came into the salon, she said contact us in half an hour)))) ha ha ha...standing for half an hour and waiting to be noticed for a low-quality product ... (judging by the negative reviews).... where the campaign management is looking is unknown, apparently, since this is the case with employee ethics, the management has the same approach.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE, AVOID IT, OR ELSE THEY WILL "pile up"))).....If you come in..

Do not contact the Door House company, the money divorce scheme starts with the managers and ends with the director. They include inflated, fictitious expenses in the bill. After receiving the prepayment, they stop responding to calls. The doors have a pungent smell of paint, does not fade after a week,
During the conversation, the director does not solve the problem, but says in plain text that he will get away with everything, and you have already paid for it. Avoid it if you don't want to waste your nerves and money!!!

On February 28, the doors were poorly installed. Backlash of 2 of the 3 doors installed, the doors rattle when closed, adjustment is required. The masters took the money and quietly merged, without saying a word.The problem has not been solved yet, the manager does not respond to messages or calls at all. Previously, we contacted this company, everything was fine, but this time everything is bad.

The doors look high-quality and stylish, but they encountered defective platbands (5 out of 8 installed), which cracked from the floor three days after installation. We have not found out exactly what led to this outcome, since the sealing of the ends of the platbands, which was paid for by us under the contract, was also not carried out during installation. Advice to future buyers: check the work of the master installer; carefully read the clause of the contract concerning the warranty (from the beginning, this clause protects the Seller as much as possible from all problems that you may have with the doors). It was announced to me that "swelling and cracks" is not a warranty case!!! I will also note the disadvantages in communication with the company's staff: manager Anastasia, with all her friendliness at the initial stage of the transaction, demonstrates complete detachment when problems arise with the buyer in the future, delegates questions to the management, who in turn tries politely, but still "put you in your place", pointing to the hierarchy, and again redirect to Anastasia. As a result of the whole process, I had to retell my problem 5 times and call different people. It is good that an intelligent manager (perhaps) works in the complaint department, with whom it turned out to resolve the issue relatively quickly. The platbands were eventually replaced with new ones for free. But the aftertaste from this whole situation and communication remained unpleasant.

dveridom or dveridom is expensive and of poor quality. As soon as you give them the money, they forget about the contractual obligations. Moreover, this is the position of the director. A month and a half after installing the doors, some hinges began to creak and pour out work. For 2 months I tried to get the problem fixed - to no avail (and no one refuses, but at the same time does nothing). In the end, they gave the director's phone number, who confirmed in a conversation that the warranty for the fittings was 1 year, but refused to do anything. Says: "Take it yourself, lubricate what problems" or there was another option from him, "Maybe you open and close them too often." In general, he refused to solve the problem in a pre-trial manner.

It's a good thing that the manager at Surganova, I think her name is Natalia, turned out to be a boorish person who, instead of greeting customers from the doorway, announces "here are the entrance doors from 1900 rubles.", they say, do not waste my time if you have less.... But at the same time, I was "very busy" to answer the question about the cost of a particular door!! Thank you, Natalia, you saved us from buying your doors, the quality of which, judging by the reviews, leaves much to be desired! We went to another place with polite staff, spent, however, much more than 1,900 rubles, but were satisfied with the staff, their attitude to customers and the order!

Good time. For more than a year, I looked at the assortment of door salons (while the rough finishing of the apartment was going on), both outside the ring and in the city. Since it was planned to order doors for the entire apartment, there was a desire to choose a similar design for both entrance and interior doors. I looked through the website once again, then looked into the salon and after talking with Svetlana's manager, all the questions were answered. Since the signing of the contract, we had to wait for the manufacture, and at the same time slightly adjust the order. As a result, the doors arrived on time (just after finishing), and then the installers under the command of Alexei had to allocate a room to accommodate the tool and in two days you can take work. Impressed by the result, I decided to write a positive review, in general, I recommend the Dveridom salon on Surganova 88.

I was looking for doors in light gray enamel and a non-standard height of 2.3 meters. I went through all the salons. This is not the base color, so the cost increased by 30%.And only in the salon of the house Door this color turned out to be basic and without additional charges. They are presented in the salon. A large selection of milling machines. The skirting board is very thin 1cm. It looks good.

A terrible office!!!! Never contact us! The quality of the doors is terrible, they were installed terribly! The manager (the saleswoman in this case) cheated when placing the order and said that you do not need to pay for the installation, but in fact they took an additional 390 rubles. I strongly do not recommend this company, you will spend time and a lot of money, and as a result you will get a low-grade product and disgusting service.
In autumn 2019, we ordered an interior door with installation. Less than a year later, the door trim first cracked, and then completely peeled off around the perimeter and fell off. We applied for a warranty, promised to manufacture and install a new casing. 3 months have passed since the request, there is still no platband. They constantly promise that they will do it in a week or two, but every time they come up with an excuse and postpone the deadline. In mid-December, after another "it should definitely be ready next week, I don't have any delivery information", we asked to give a contact to someone who can provide information or somehow speed up the process. They gave the phone number to the logisticians, who never answered the call.

The platbands in the doors are of rare bad quality. Part of the platbands cracks, they are changed under warranty, after which what was replaced cracks again and comes apart. The white paint quickly turned yellow. There are no questions about the doors themselves.
