I ordered 4 doors, one painted according to the RAL catalog, made in 2.5 weeks. The door with the painting turned out to be defective (curve). They replaced the marriage for a month. The manager, with whom I initially communicated, decided to forget about my existence and not answer the phone. Every time for a month, to find out what was wrong with the door, I had to call other managers 2-3 times a day. After painting and repainting at the factory, the door arrived. This time with a chip... they offered to give it back to repainting for production. Every time you have to drive to the facility:
1. Accept door delivery
2. Accept doors with installers
3. give away the marriage
4. Accept door delivery
5. Accept the door with installers
And so on, if there is a marriage again
The installers did everything perfectly: 5/5.
