We ordered the doors from Dveridom three years ago. We were satisfied with the quality of the doors and the installation. Therefore, this year, without a doubt, we turned to Dveridom. Yuri, a professional, came to us for measurements and, most importantly, with a desire to solve problems. And we had a lot of problems: the doors were placed both in ready-made openings and instead of old doors. He treated me with understanding and gave me sound advice. Tatiana Koroleva worked with us at the salon: attentive, always in touch, ready to help. Everything was done on time, but our premises were not ready yet. Thanks to the management for coming in with the situation and delivering it a week later without additional charges for storage. They delivered, unloaded, the fittings were recalculated, the defects of the doors themselves are checked during installation. There were no defects. The installation was carried out by Andrey and Alexander. They immediately pointed out a slight difference in the color of the handles and hinges - different manufacturers (I myself did not pay attention, if it is important to someone, take it into account when ordering). The doors were installed for three days (12 doors) - they worked professionally and smoothly. Thank you guys for agreeing to work, although the premises are not quite ready. The doors open and close well, everything is nice and clean. And a note to the manufacturer: three years ago, the glass in our doors was made with facets - it's beautiful. Now the technology has become simpler and facets cannot be made - it's a pity. We wish you success and development! Thanks!
