To be honest, this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude, the main goal for the store is to sell the doors, and everything else that will happen does not concern them, the management of this company simply begins to disown and absolve themselves of blame, saying that this is not their responsibility and they have nothing to do with it. Having bought the doors and all the accessories in this organization, after full payment, when it was necessary to sign up for the installation of doors, some kind of indifference began, we called several times, we were given the number of the so-called chief installer, his name is Dmitry, he said that an SMS with the installer's numbers would come. An SMS came, a specific day was set, as a result, the day before the installation, we received a call back and the installation of our doors was postponed 1 day later. The day of installation came and when installing the door in one of the rooms, the box was not installed correctly - this required a complete replacement of the box. The craftsmen installed all the other doors and 1 door remained unfinished. Part of the money was paid, the craftsmen worked without a vacuum cleaner, all the dust flew into all the rooms, after installing, they did not clean anything, but they did not sweep, there was a terrible mess and dirt!!! It took 2 days of negotiations with the service department and Dmitry to resolve the issue of this unfinished door. The staff said we will call you back, we will contact you, etc., but no one called back. They postponed their arrival several times without deigning to warn them that they would not be able to come !!! They arrived only 3 weeks later! They redid it and left a terrible mess again, very untidy people , irresponsible . We paid them the rest of the amount, they said they would take their things to the car and come back to pick up the trash, but they just got in the car and drove away!!! Of course, they did not provide us with certificates of completed work, we started calling the store again and the song is the same, they will call you back, we passed the information..... and no one called back. And by the way, when buying doors, an employee of the salon indicated that if we have other installers (not theirs), then the warranty on the doors will not be valid. Of course we agreed, but when the problems started, the store management told us that they had nothing to do with them and that the employee could not say that ! In general, it's a complete mess and a mess....

During the installation process, it turned out that the door did not need to be lifted, and why did the technologist come up with such a scheme?(well, I change the entrance door in the apartment every day and understand all the details of the installation))Packing up-I say, what about the portal and the turnkey door? This is done by another specialist! Yeah, I'm finding out when?Contact the manager.In the morning, I receive an SMS that I have been assigned an installer and his number, if they do not contact me, write there.They do not write / do not call, I write-they do not answer! As a result, I agreed with this installer myself day in, day out, and later I was told that the near future is 3-5 days (well, I like to live in a state of repair).Naturally, the portal left a decent gap on top (from where it blows), we also had an excellent technologist with an excellent installation plan!
As a result, the fittings are not the same, the installation is disgusting, when something is fixed-it is not clear at all!

I have to put up only one star for help in choosing the door itself and accessories.
One of the main factors was the fast delivery from stock. The measurer came quickly, and there were no further questions about the installation. Everything was picked up correctly here.
Well, then another month and a half passed from the promised delivery time, which is why the repair had to be postponed and delayed.
After all, during this period our doors were "going to the warehouse" (but they were already there???)
I can't say anything about the installer, because I had to look for a person who does not have a queue for 2-3 weeks ahead
