Now we live overseas, in 2022 we purchased a new-construction apartment in Moscow with a mortgage through a Russian bank. Once the apartment construction was finished in late 2023, we worked with Dviteks by power of attorney to get all of our documents related to the acceptance of the apartment from the construction company, registration of ownership with government agencies, and completion of all required supporting mortgage, title, and insurance documents with the bank. We worked with Ilya Shutov at Dviteks and our experience with him was excellent. His level of knowledge and expertise to handle all steps of the process was really good, and he was very timely in providing updates on the latest work activities and answering any questions we had. He was also very helpful to identify alternative approaches and plans to complete the work, if the initial plans ran into some problems. All of the documents were completed correctly and on time. We would highly recommend Dviteks for clients who have purchased real estate and need legal help to navigate and complete the process of completing all the documents and steps required to finalize the legal ownership of their property. Working with Dviteks was very transparent, trustworthy and straight-forward at all steps of the process.
