Port Arthur is one of the few pre-revolutionary houses in Bobruisk, and its unusual architecture immediately stands out. However, today the building looks depressing: peeling paint, cracks in the walls, and no signs of restoration - despite its status as a "Historic cultural center" (as indicated on the sign at the entrance). Preserving the historical appearance is important, but it should not be allowed that an apartment building where people still live is in such a state. If we compare it with other monuments (the same Bobruisk fortress), it is clear that the "protected status" alone is not enough. The residents deserve normal conditions, and the city deserves respect for its history. 3 stars for the architectural value, but it's sad to see such desolation.
