I'm thrilled! The palace itself looks gorgeous from afar! The territory is well maintained, even though we were in November. The exhibition halls are beautiful! It's warm, cozy, spacious, clean, everything is visible well, and history is history, a lot of interesting things! Special thanks to the staff: polite, patient, always smiling, friendly. We spent the night in the junior suite and again the delight! There is a pleasant smell at the entrance to the room, and then it's better- the furniture is palatial! Very beautiful, comfortable, everything is often not dirty, the towels are snow-white, tea, coffee, sugar are on the table, cups for these drinks, glasses are beautiful. In general, even for a day everything is convenient and pleasant! I really didn't want to leave! And, most importantly, I want to come back!

I liked the palace very much, it was beautifully restored and everything would be fine, but there is one "BUT!"
I understand that profit comes first and it would be stupid to miss money on such hot days... For this reason, the administration did not come up with anything better, how to hire students to work part-time in the place of an "adult" aunt with richly painted lips, the tour was conducted by a student boy in sweatpants. He told it fluently, and because it was fast, it was therefore indistinct, although it was clear that the guy knew the topic well. The tours were superimposed in one hall on top of another, because of this, a huge crowd of 50 people creates a hum and nothing is heard. Those watching the hall told people to "be quiet!" for some reason they don't...
As a result: interesting, but not finalized.
I ask the administration, instead of increasing the staff of guides, it is better to conduct high-quality excursions in one group to the tour hall
