They got there by accident, apparently there was not an experienced doctor, she spent an hour and a half, removed a nerve, cleaned the canal, put a temporary seal. In Russia, the doctor looked and was horrified, he had to re-remove the under-removed nerve and completely undergo this procedure. The dentistry inside is beautiful, the equipment is good. No luck with the doctor

We did four teeth for the child, the choice fell on this clinic, since many do not work with full anesthesia, and the child has panic attacks in the dental office, there really is such a function here, but during the preparation and treatment of a 9-year-old child, we saw irresponsibility in the approach to complex surgery, so I leave this review here, that you would think twice about going there or not.
Cons: - before the operation, we were sent to an anesthesiologist who did NOT check the weight and height of the child, and the concentration of drugs should depend on this, we thought that these parameters would be checked on the spot.
- then the anesthesiologist and I went through the process, what would happen and in what sequence, and that he himself would personally be present at the operation
-then the clinic postponed the date of the operation twice, and once because this particular anesthesiologist could not be present, they did it a few hours before the appointed time.
- the third time we finally got to the clinic, arrived on time, waited for 20 minutes (also strange), but we thought that the office was being prepared, the staff - we were very mistaken at that moment.
- when the child had already come in, my husband and I went in with her, this is a normal practice, and then a number of unpleasant surprises awaited us: the anesthesiologist was not the one we were with (at that moment, of course, we were surprised, because no one warned us, but we began to watch what happened next)
- No one checked the weight and height of the child (they made the mixture "by eye" as they say)
- when we started connecting the device with gas (although we had said earlier that we would start immediately with an injection), the anesthesiologist clearly had something wrong, he began to check the tubes, twist - we sat in silence and looked at what was happening in surprise;
- then they put a mask on her, but instead of a few minutes, this process took longer, the gas did not work on the child, the anesthesiologist was surprised to say that the gas was on full, that all this was strange, he began to inspect the tube for air passage (why this was not done before the operation was not clear);
- then I asked just to inject her with an injection, she was ready for this because initially we talked about exactly this order, when the injection was administered, the anesthesiologist began to ask the medical staff what composition was in the IV, I was surprised to hear that it was not the one he thought, at this point I just came out saying that your preparation leaves much to be desired better than sitting and watching this, I will just go to pray, since the child needed 2.5 hours to stay out, and there are so many factors that the clinic and doctors have not prepared.
- the husband stayed with his daughter, later he said that there was a lack of consistency between the anesthesiologist and the therapist during work, the anesthesiologist began to worry that the attending physician simply would not have time for the operation before the end of the anesthesia, the doctor said that he simply did not know what she was going to do and how, that she was confident (that is before the start of the operation, they did not even discuss among themselves how the process would take place)
- instead of the 2 hours previously discussed, anesthesia lasted 2.5 + 30 minutes of sleep, but it didn't matter to me the main thing was that everything would end well, after completion I went in and thanked the doctors and saw the child coming out of anesthesia, the condition is of course frightening, but I was warned that she would be half asleep.
- we paid for the service (1 permanent tooth filling, 3 teeth not deep caries on baby teeth, 3 hours of anesthesia) 7,180,000 sums or 53582 rubles
. - but after that something out of the ordinary began to happen: some other doctor jumped out and asked everyone who participated in the operation to go to the hall, in the lobby, we only dressed the child, she was sitting on a chair in an unconscious state, he began to insist that we stay late, I said that the child needed to go home and rest soon, but he insisted very seriously, I thought that as a Client-oriented clinic, they accepted all the comments, wanted to apologize, correct the approach in the organization BUT I heard the exact opposite, he began to tell me in a rather rude way that I had no right to make remarks to them, that he was responsible for the organization and they reprimanded and fined the administrator just because she allowed us to go into the office with the child and we saw and heard it all. Of course, there were no apologies. And all this in the presence of a poorly feeling child who has not yet come to his senses, and it seemed to me that a doctor should always remain a doctor who first of all thinks about the patient, and not about his ego, who was given a fair remark. THAT's the kind of Customer focus and service for my own 7 million sums. In general, this is my story, you can choose whether to contact this clinic or not (
