Sellers work quickly and amicably. I take necks of broilers and liver for cats all the time. But I asked for necks a couple of times and didn't specify which ones. In the end, I got regular chicken ones, but it feels like they're turkey-sized and hard as a rock. We need to be more careful, because sellers don't specify.
