We had a vacation with the Zakaryan family in July 2024. We really liked it. We were met at the airport and taken on excursions. It is very convenient that there is a store with everything you need right in the courtyard. Almost opposite is a wonderful Crocus cafe with delicious cakes and pleasant prices. The rooms were clean, there was no interruption of water or light. There are a lot of shops on the way to the sea! A kitchen with everything you need, refrigerators, your own tea and wine, which never gave you a headache during the whole vacation! We recommend it!

We had a rest from June 20 to July 1, 2025. We were greeted like family by very kind and helpful hosts. The room is clean and cozy, with all the amenities. The sea is clean and warm. A vacation for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are many shops and canteens nearby. We received a lot of positive emotions. The Zakarian family is very sincere. Definitely, I recommend this guest house. We will definitely come back!!!

We did not book in advance, we arrived and chose the guest house visually. I immediately liked the clean and tidy yard. Then we looked at the numbers. Again, everything is very clean and tidy, the repair is fresh. We lived for 7 days. It was always quiet and peaceful. The hosts are friendly. There is a shop at the guest house with all the necessary products. Also very clean and tidy. 8 minutes to the sea, at a leisurely pace. The sea is clear. Thanks from the guests from Ufa.

Our room!!! We really liked it!!! Maybe this will be good advice for someone- please note that the hallway is located far from the beds (above the closet)- this is a huge fat plus!!!!!! It does not blow directly on a person, which eliminates hypothermia and illness!!!! More advantages: - that the room on the second floor is bright, beautiful mountain view!!! -on-site shop with everything you need -very friendly hosts (calm, no complaints) - In Alakhadze, the locals are very kind (unlike Pitsunda) -in Alakhadze there is a very cool dining room "gourmet's dream" go once, you will not eat anywhere else except at their place!!!!delicious, clean, a separate respect to the staff of the dining room!!!!!It 's a place you always want to return to.

That's the end of our vacation in Abkhazia, I would like to express my gratitude to Alena and the whole Zakaryan family, they took us into their guest house as close people, met us from the train station, showed us everything and told us where to eat delicious food, where to go for a walk and what to see. Special thanks to Alena's husband, Kapo, who took us on excursions all over the country, in complete comfort and without crowds of tourists, with stops where we need to, and also thanks to him we managed to see a lot in a short period of time. Abkhazia is an amazing country with kind and hospitable people.😊

The hosts are not very hospitable and there was a feeling that we constantly owe them something. The rooms are in order, cozy — this actually pleased me. It was upsetting that the children were torturing little kittens, and no one cared about it. To which the child's mother said, "she can strangle him," conclusions were drawn. The beach is a bit far, but it's not bad. If it's all the same for others, it will go. This is not the first time in Abkhazia and I always wanted to return, but this time.. this desire has disappeared.

If something happens to you, unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will not be returned to you.The reservation was canceled 3 months before our arrival, the owners did not even try to hand over the rooms for 3 months (it is elementary to post a post in the VK group).The money was not returned allegedly for a simple room. And there is another point, in their VK group you will not see negative reviews, they are just constantly being deleted. For the truth about them, I was blacklisted by the group.
