We came to this place on the advice of the locals — the Brotherhood Shop, or, as the Georgians themselves say, Dzmobis Dukani. It's funny, but many people call it the "dining room." In fact, it's not about the dining room, but about the soul. Everything is homey there: simple food, without pathos, but a taste that you will not forget. The main character is Gori cutlets. Juicy, with a crispy crust, and inside is the very taste for which you want to take a supplement. Homemade wine is served with them — light, warm, as if made on purpose so that the conversation does not end. You're sitting there, surrounded by noise, laughter, and Georgian speech. Everything is alive, real. It seems like a simple place, but I don't want to leave. That's probably why they call him "Brotherhood" — you feel like you're among their own people.
