I don't write reviews, But! When a problem is solved really quickly and efficiently, you can't help but be GRATEFUL! I took my phone to the Gallery, master Alexander, saved my phone! I thought it was inevitable to buy a new one. But they explained everything to me, offered me options on how best to do it for me, in my particular situation, and they did it on a budget! It's been a month, and everything is working fine. Highly recommend it!

On Friday evening, the phone broke down. The official service center said that they would be able to make repairs only 4-5 days after the weekend. Here, everything was solved in just 40 minutes. In general, I did not expect such a level of service from a small service center in a corner from HIPPo. Separately, I would like to express my deep gratitude to Master Alexander. A person simply dominates the issues of restoring and disposing of equipment. Feel free to order Alexander if something is broken! He's really fumbling. Guys from the e-group, thank you so much! My mom came to change the battery on the XR, and at the same time they asked me to look at the power button (it was hidden) and the back cover (it was slightly bulging). As a result: the new battery works great, the button was repaired, the cover was glued. And all this for the cost of the battery! Master Alexander did a great job, he did everything efficiently and quickly. I really appreciate it when they don't overdo it, but help in a human way. Thanks!
