After the examination, they said they would inform you about the reasons additionally..at the same time, they were convinced that the diagnosis costs 85 rubles. But, after the repair, it will be included in the cost.. Two days later, they said that only the keyboard was out of order.. and the cost of replacement, including the purchase, will be ..... 450r... After looking at the cost of the keyboard itself on the Internet... I found that the most expensive is ... 120-130r with a guarantee... Given that this company has access to cheap spare parts, the cost will be no more than 100.. It turns out to unscrew and tighten about two dozen screws with the keyboard installation. . 300!!

Before the battery was replaced, it was 87% After the replacement, it shows 100% I've been using it for a week, it holds worse than the old one. Although the performer stated that the battery is original (reinforced). The replacement cost 250 rubles. They said it would work like new, but in fact it works even worse than the one that was originally. The phone does not see the battery, and gives an error. They didn't warn about this in advance either, although they knew about it in the service. The battery goes off with a bang, sometimes I charge it 2 times a day. And there is no opportunity to come to this service for analysis, because I work in another city. There were also problems with communication and Internet quality. I took the laptop to this service because I filled it with water, part of the keyboard stopped working. They gave it away the next day with even bigger problems, they said it was necessary to order from China, because the laptop is rare and wait a month. The problem was not solved, so they also carried out a cleaning for 100 rubles, which is not a word in the receipt. And it makes sense for me to clean up if it got even worse. As a result, paragraphs 3.4 and 4.2 in their public agreement were not complied with, they said to wait and that's it. I strongly advise against service, poor performance and customer orientation.

I brought my laptop in for cleaning and replacing the thermal paste. Initially, they said they would call me the next day to clarify the information and do the work by the evening. The next day, the call was not received and as a result, the work was not completed. Then the next day I called them myself and talked to their TP, found out all the details and the work was done on the same day. I give 4 stars only because the initial conditions were not fulfilled by the service center.

I live in Mogilev, I had to change the speaker on my phone, because there was no such spare part in Mogilev, I found it in Minsk! I called beforehand and clarified the availability of this spare part, I was assured that it was available, they signed me up for 20.00 to repair the phone. I came from Mogilev to Minsk in order to repair the phone. When he came to the repair service, the young man told me that this spare part was not available!!!!! How is it??? I came from another city on purpose!!! To say that I was upset and outraged by this attitude towards customers is to say nothing!!!!! I do not recommend this service!!!

Two months later, the screen stopped working, the warranty was not recognized, citing the fact that the matrix burst and it was completely my fault. Not a phone, but some kind of crystal vase) Considering the cost of the work, I do not recommend it.

On 12/18/2023, I handed over a laptop for repair. in the evening, they called back and explained what repairs needed to be carried out and its cost. everything seemed to be fine. as a result, the device was not repaired on time. Well, anyway, anything happens. I call 8.01.24 to find out what I can hear and they explain to me that the laptop is in operation and will be ready next week. Result: 13.01 a message arrives that everything is ready and you can pick it up. upon arrival at the service, it turns out that the device is returned without any repair. The master could not give any explanations or clarifications about this. This attitude is simply killing. There is no desire to apply here anymore. Probably all that can be trusted is the pasting of phones, and even then I doubt it
