This service really helped me out. I had a problem with my phone (Samsung S21) — after the battery swelled up, the image on the display disappeared. First, I contacted the official Samsung service, where they advised me to change the display for a lot of money, although the problem turned out to be the cable (although they still tried to convince me that it wasn't the case, they put a non-native phone cable to show that the stripes were green, the screen wasn't working). After two months of thinking about the situation, I decided to try to contact another service, that is, this one, I initially went to the official Samsung service, being sure that well, they can't cheat there (even as they can). I'm lucky that I decided to double-check my phone and try my luck at another service. As a result, I am very grateful to this service! I was quickly diagnosed and the cable was changed in just 4 hours. Now the phone works like new! The guys in this service really know their stuff and don't try to cheat for money. I was willing to pay for the diagnosis (I had a 25% chance that the problem wasn't with the display after all), and eventually they found the REAL problem, explained the reason, and promptly resolved the problem. I definitely recommend it — if something is wrong with your phone, this is the place to go! I give 5 stars for fast work and professionalism!

I absolutely do not recommend this company, at least the one in Expobel. I ordered the replacement of the display module at 14:00, they said that it would definitely be by 19:00. I received an SMS at 18:00, be sure to come. I arrived, it turned out that the module was not available, when asked if you could call, since the program sends SMS, you shrugged your shoulders, and did not even apologize. In the evening, the operator calls and says: "The cooler needs to be changed - 100 rubles." I agreed, because I was going to do it anyway, which was a mistake. As a result, my laptop arrived with a new cooler only the next day at half past nine. And it got even worse, the processor temperature rose to 95 degrees, although it never rose above 70. I'm sending it back to the point on the condition that I need it by the evening!urgently! I waited a whole day and as it turned out, my laptop didn't even get into the hands of the master) As a result, the next day, according to Nikolai, it will be possible to pick up after lunch. As a result, I drove from Chizhovka to Zhdanovichi myself, which turned out faster, because I didn't want to wait until late in the evening again) Thank you for at least the money for the cooler was returned.

I have experience repairing a Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro phone in this office. The first time I came to them with the problem that the battery was swollen and the phone was not charging. Then they announced to me the price of 395 rubles, justifying it by the fact that it requires replacement of the battery, the lower board and the cable between the battery and the lower board. At the same time, on the same Kufara, such a phone costs from 300 rubles. But since I urgently needed my phone with all my data, I agreed. The phone was made on the same day, and if everything had been fine, I would not have written this review. Exactly one month later, the screen stops working on the same phone. I am taking the phone back to the service, with full confidence that a substandard repair was performed, which caused the phone to break. Along with the broken screen, I asked to put a missing lock button in the phone. And then the long wait began. I handed over the phone on December 18, and regarding the diagnosis, I received a call only on January 3 (!), where they said that the processor chip in the phone had shifted, and the case was CERTAINLY not warranty, since it was not their fault, not a consequence of poor-quality repairs, but a "disease" of Xiaomi phones. And, of course, they can fix this processor chip for 300 rubles. To my indignation that the repair couldn't cost that much money, they lowered the price to 180 rubles. I received a message that I could take my phone away only on January 7, and they had my phone for 20 days. When I came to pick up the phone, it turned out that it was completely discharged (I gave it back on a full charge), and they didn't put the lock button that I asked them to do. To my indignation that no work was done with the button, I was told that, it turns out, due to the fact that I was given a discount of 120 rubles, the button was not given to me for this reason, and if I want, they will give me this button for 80 rubles at least today. Did you present the level of arrogance? In general, I highly recommend not contacting them. These are scammers who will charge a lot of money for repairs, and it's not a fact that they will do this repair efficiently.

We contacted this organization twice and were disappointed twice. For the first time, they applied to replace the battery in the tablet, the master assured them that it would be enough to do something with the existing battery, however, a month later the charge did not last, as a result of which they still had to change the battery and pay the full cost again. We applied for a second time to replace the phone screen. After 2 months, water got under the screen, due to a leaky glued screen. That is, if the screen had been properly glued, the water would not have got in, however, warranty repairs were refused due to moisture ingress. I would like to emphasize once again that the water got into the exact place where there is a gap between the screen and the phone case. The situation has not been resolved, and the comment below (from the company) has not yielded any results.

On 05/15/25, I contacted one of the reception points of this company in the Momo shopping center to repair the phone, as it did not turn on for an unknown reason. They looked at it on the spot and issued a verdict on replacing the processor.They issued a receipt and announced the repair cost of 350 rubles. bel. When making out the receipt, the company employee incorrectly indicated the brand of the phone, which later served as an extension of this repair story. On 17.05, an office employee called me and said that the repair would not consist of replacing the processor, but replacing the motherboard, and the repair amount remained unchanged at 350 rubles, but it was necessary to wait for it to arrive at the office from the supplier. After a short period of time, they called me and informed me that the phone was ready and asked me to bring cash. When calculating for repairs, the payment operation was not carried out at the cash desk and, accordingly, a payment document in the form of a cash receipt was not issued. Moreover, the phone was brought from the office completely discharged after the repair, which made it impossible to check the quality of the repair during its operation, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for it to charge, there was a dust particle under the camera on the back of the phone, the protective glass was removed and they didn't even inform me about it.They only issued a 6-month warranty. While at home, the technical specifications of a completely different brand of phone were found in the phone settings and, accordingly, the memory was only 6 GB instead of 8 GB. We again contacted the company's employee to clarify the situation. On the other end of the line, they probably realized that the smell was fried. A few minutes later, employee Nikolai called me back and said that there was an error, that the phone was indeed being tested. This time, I had a suspicion of lying. Since the first time there was no question of testing the phone when replacing the board, and for some reason the employee is confused about the information...I decided to wait for the final result with the renovation. In the late afternoon of the same day, Nikolai called me and said that, unfortunately, the board did not come to the phone, that the phone was not working...That's to be expected.The question arises: So what kind of payment did you order that the phone does not work?! And what kind of "testing" was carried out for four whole days this time?!"It's very simple: there was no payment, they were just stalling for time so as not to lose money. As a result, months of time were lost, the issue of repairing the phone was not resolved, but the entire amount of money was returned for the so-called repairs paid. The sediment, of course, remained, but the conclusions were drawn. Dear E-Group employees and management, professionalism lies in quality work and professional service, and not just in the slogan "WE DON'T DO IT IN 15 MINUTES." The courier took the laptop somewhere all evening, in fact, he forgot to send it to the point, rolled it around… There is no checklist, and there is no certificate of completed work. They promised to do everything in a short time and inform us the next day. We talked to the center's specialist by phone only 4 days later and then only after our call, we were informed that the MacBook had been cleaned, but in order for the CONNECTOR to work, we still need to pay 320 rubles to replace the controller, we refused. It was also difficult to get through to pick up the laptop, the phone number was constantly unavailable, we were already stressed that we would not take the gadget back at all. After taking the laptop a week later and barely TEARING off your sticker, which no one asked you to glue, it turned out that the CONNECTOR works. It turns out that the usual cleaning of the laptop helped, but they just wanted to take 320 rubles from us into their pocket. We are just shocked, we will never recommend this center!!!!! If you do not want to be deceived and lose your equipment, never contact this center!!!!!!!

I gave it away, and then I decided to look at all the reviews, not just the good ones. And I began to pray that I wouldn't have to write the bad ones myself)) The laptop was returned to me the next evening, I turned it on on the spot to check, after disassembling it, it dimmed a little, but everything worked. And then I brought it home, connected the charger, turned on the movie on the external monitor (which for some reason connected only on the 5th attempt, hmmm) and started working, and... it's a fiasco. The video is lagging, the pages in the browser take forever to load, the sounds of cracking and distortion, the task manager, the settings were opened for 3 minutes, the response to the function keys also took a few minutes. In a panic, I closed the lid and thought maybe it shouldn't fly immediately after cleaning. But it didn't get any better the next day, or a week later, or three. Honestly, I was going to take it to another master, because the threshold of distrust skyrocketed, but I read your offer agreement on the website and hoped that the shoal cleaning performance would be fixed under warranty. I brought the laptop again, and received it back the next day WITHOUT COMPLETING ANY WORK with the answer "you had a system update installed on December 28-29, maybe the problem is with it." Yes, guys, well done for writing in your offer that any software changes cancel the warranty conditions. But you need to fix the problem... call and say "you don't have a warranty case, but we can diagnose, identify the problem and fix it for money" - this is better than refusing to work at all Separately, by the way, I want to note how cool your acceptance certificates prescribe the estimated cost of the equipment AGREED WITH the CUSTOMER, although in fact no one agreed with me, and the fact that my laptop for 3000 was estimated at 200 rubles. I found out already from a piece of paper)) By the way, the laptop is a year and 2 months old, the condition was close to perfect, it had never dropped, beaten, or opened before this stupid incident, so thank you for cleaning my work tool. But he could not explain which manufacturer and for what price the components would be installed. He said I don't know. What the supplier brings, they will install. We refused to repair this service. They took 35 rubles for the diagnosis. The act says: diagnosis. There is no specification of which problems were identified during the diagnosis.

I do not know why this place has a rating of 4.9, but please read all the reviews before going there. The masters are not at all competent in their issue, they read absolutely not the errors that actually exist during diagnostics. They almost "fixed" what was healthy in the phone. It was lucky that we came to our senses and did not leave the phone there for repairs, it was almost turned into a brick.

I don't have any censorious words to describe how bad it is. Let's start from the beginning. I called their support to clarify how long and price it would take to replace the hard drive (system b did not start, here I checked myself and realized that the problem was with the hard drive) and it would take to replace the keyboard (topcase) on the laptop. I was told that a maximum of a couple of days and the price for everything is something in the region of 300-400 rubles (I can't remember exactly) It suited me, and on the same day I brought them a laptop to one of the locations and clarified the timing once again, saying that it was very important to me. They confirmed to me once again that they would pick me up for diagnosis and on the same day, at most the next day, they would call and tell me what was the matter and what the exact price/timing was. As a result, there is no information for 2 days, on the 3rd day I call to find out what's the matter, to which they tell me that I have a password and they can't tell because of this. WHAT THE FUCK IS THE PASSWORD IF I CAME TO REPLACE THE HARD DRIVE AND KEYBOARD??? I answered them politely. They're like, "Yes, yes, we'll quickly clarify and call you back." They call back pretty quickly and the price increases from 300-400 rubles to almost 620 (270 hard disk and 350 keyboard). They say that it is for my configurations that the prices are the same and cheaper in no way, and at the original prices, as I was told, they cannot do at all. Well, okay, I thought, maybe the sales department and the technical department really misunderstood each other. In addition, it turns out that the keyboard (topcase) needs to be ordered from China, and I was assured that it would arrive within 7, maximum 10 days. Okay, we agreed to replace the hard drive, I'll take the laptop, make an advance payment for the keyboard and wait for it to arrive. As a result, I agreed to the price and they told me that they would replace the hard drive within 2 days (I may be mistaken, but give or take there were such deadlines). I took the laptop with the hard drive and checked it again about the delivery time of the keyboard — they confirmed the timing again. Okay, we're waiting. Two weeks pass, and no one calls me or informs me about anything. I'm calling them, they say. The department is not available, please dial tomorrow. They called me back the next day and said that the keyboard had just arrived, and that the supplier was to blame. It's cool that they found the culprit, but I wasn't talking to the supplier. And no one deigned to call once and tell about the delay. And it feels like they just forgot about my order. And due to the delay for a week, they offered a discount of 15 rubles. This is ridiculous. Then I couldn't bring the laptop to them for about 3-4 weeks, because I work from it and I need it all the time. During this time, one of the screen mounts fell apart and the laptop stopped folding and opening normally. There's no way to verify this, but I have every suspicion that they removed the mount while they were changing the hard drive, and then they also sealed it off, and that the mount fell apart a week later (although there hadn't been a single problem with it in almost 3 years). As a result, I bring them a laptop in 3-4 weeks to replace the keyboard and repair the attachment. The deadlines are 1-2 days, and this time they miraculously met, but not without jambs. They said the price for the mount was 250 rubles and allegedly they were giving me a 50 discount and, as a result, 200 rubles for the removal. According to the terms, they say 2-3 days for the keyboard and mount. If only the keyboard, then they will do it on the same day. As soon as I said that the deadlines didn't suit me and I couldn't wait that long, it turned out that the fastening could also be done today. Okay, that's settled, too. After 2-3 hours, I call back and they say that everything is ready. BUT THERE IS A CAVEAT. ANOTHER PIECE of SHIT, it turns out that they got a backlit keyboard (although my original was backlit) and they can only give you a discount of 50 rubles (starting from 350 rubles, let me remind you). And the keyboard supposedly can't be changed anymore, because I haven't brought a laptop to replace the keyboard for a long time and the supplier won't be able to change it since 2 weeks have passed. Now it's my fault that I didn't bring the laptop for a long time. And yes, it was the first time they said 2 weeks. The only reason I agreed to this was the timing. I don't have time to worry about all this for months. I took the laptop, everything is fine. I'm sitting here writing this review so that they can deprive me of at least a couple of clients, and I notice that the screen mounts are loosely fixed and when the laptop is tilted, the screen will simply close itself. In short, they fucked up here too. Thank you for returning the laptop at all))) And during this work, there were at least 2-3 times when they promised to call back, but they scored safely. And they didn't offer any solutions to their problems. If I hadn't asked them myself what they could offer about delays and other issues, I don't think I would have gotten the discount. THE BOTTOM LINE: the service is terrible. 1 point for doing a terrible job in the end. Everything else is very long, expensive, and absolutely terrible service. These 3 small breakdowns cost me a total of 700 BEL rubles (it was a little over 800, but about 100 were discounted). A new laptop 3 years old costs 2500 BEL rubles. 30% of the price of a laptop for a couple of small pieces is probably not cheap. That's it, I've rolled out a new keyboard, I hope I'll never have to mess with this service again. Don't repeat my mistakes and don't mess with me either.

Well, the battery for my model costs 100 rubles, and I decided to leave the device to my favorite company. They promised to call me back about the final price during the day. No one called back during the day, I dialed at 9 p.m., and it turned out that the laptop was in the service and no one had looked at it yet, they promised to call me back the next day. Lunch came. An hour, two, three days. I start calling myself, the phone is always busy. I got through 5 times. "The master looked at your laptop. The cost of replacing the battery is 240, + it is necessary to replace the thermal paste, this is another 150 rubles. That's 390 rubles from you." I say, thank you, no need, I've been waiting for a call from you for a day, and I haven't received it, let's go pick up the device. "You can only check at the point where you took it." The connector was repaired, but then it was returned twice, because the speaker in the phone stopped working, and they could not fix it in any way. For the second time, we believed the good reviews (lies!!!!). It was necessary to replace the laptop keyboard. It was replaced, but the touchpad stopped working, it just wouldn't press. After repeated treatment, they said that the problem was in the battery. But for some reason, after the initial diagnosis, when the master called back and asked which of the identified problems needed to be fixed, they did not say anything about the battery. As a result, they returned it, the touchpad is already working, but the case was not completely closed. And today, two days later it turned out (the laptop is working, the sound was not checked immediately), and the speaker in the laptop does not work!!! Terrible quality of work!!!

After reading reviews about laptops from others who contacted here, I was horrified and, taking into account the non-provision of services to me, I decided to pick up the goods. Not only was the diagnostic service not provided, but when I tried to pick up the laptop, they started demanding 85 rubles from me for the work done, the results of which were not even reported to me. After reading about how property is not returned here without payment, he went to the trick and, under the pretext of checking the laptop, took his property into his own hands before payment. They work according to a simple scheme of scammers: they collect orders, fill up with them, and where people run out of patience, they still dare to demand money for imaginary services. By the way, the specific problem in my laptop was not mentioned to me based on the results of the alleged diagnosis: they just named variations of the problems, which was already clear to me. In addition, about the diagnosis: after the conflict with the service was initiated, it was allegedly carried out in 10 minutes, which is technically impossible (when carrying out this type of work by a competent specialist, I have not yet properly checked the operation of the laptop itself, which worked on an integrated schedule before being put into service). So think with your head.

If I don't repair them, then I'll pay 65 rubles for diagnostics. In general, Saturday is coming to an end, there is no call. I think delays happen, I trust the company, because they bought the context and #1 in the issue (spoiler in vain). Sunday evening. I think it's like they're trying to "trick" me, so I call them. In response, I get that the master is ill and my computer will be checked only tomorrow. Apologies, customer orientation? No, I haven't heard! Tuesday, at lunch, I call these "market leaders" with questions. What I get again is that they haven't looked at it yet and will contact me as soon as they reach me. (Apparently, after my call, the manager deigned to dial the master and say that there is a "mu **k" in my face, which distracts him and he needs to look at the computer.) In the evening, they contact me, they say the diagnosis from the series "it doesn't turn on, we checked, the repair will cost $ 200." To say that I was "discouraged" is an understatement. I asked the question: "What about the laptop, what needs to be changed?". They couldn't give me a clear answer.… As a result, I asked an objective question: "What is included in the price? How did you know that repairs would cost $200 if you didn't know what was wrong with it?" They squeezed out something about the time of the master and that was it! I realized the audience the company was targeting and asked to return my computer to the pick-up point. I called every day and every day they promised me that he would be at the point tomorrow. I came on the fourth day... I was in "ah**". The computer was picked up and taken to a place recommended by friends, where it was accepted and called back a couple of hours later with a diagnosis. They said what needed to be done and how much it would cost (spoiler -40% of the price of these guys). I agreed to the repair and after 2 hours they called me back that I could pick up the laptop.
