I need my phone very often, so I went there myself. They let me sit on a cozy sofa and wait for three hours until the glue starts to set... I decided to somehow install a radiator on the second ssd in my laptop, I did not calculate the size of the radiator a little, and as a result, after assembling the laptop, the radiator sold out and something shortened on the board, after which the slot for the second ssd stopped working, otherwise the laptop remained in working condition. I brought the laptop to one of the points of this service located at Prytytsky 156, there is no acceptance there, we looked only at the external condition of the case (scratches, scuffs), while only the fact of their presence, although it is necessary to photograph everything in a good way, so that later there would be no questions about which scratches were before delivery, and which they could have appeared later, but that's still okay, they didn't even bother to minimally check the technical condition of the laptop, whether it turns on at all or not, not to mention the fact that the laptop was not delivered as standard with an additional 2 TB ssd and 64 GB of RAM, this would also like to be fixed at acceptance, these components are nowhere they did not disappear after the repair, but still I would like this to be recorded in the acceptance certificate for peace of mind. I handed over the laptop on 05/17.24, with the result of the diagnosis, I received a call on 05/20 and announced the repair cost of 280p, they also said that the laptop needed to be serviced for 80p, although it was serviced half a year ago with high-quality thermal interfaces, refused maintenance, but I will return to this a little later, they said that a few days would have to wait, after that no news, I called them myself on 05/31, they said that they were waiting for the part and everything would be ready soon, and on the evening of 04.06 the laptop was ready, someone might probably think that it was unacceptably long, but I think it is acceptable, I would certainly like a little faster or that initially I was told that spare parts were not available and would have to wait a little longer, but I still think the breakdown is quite rare and the necessary spare parts were not available, so I have no complaints about the timing. I have already gone to pick up the laptop at their central office on Timiryazev 121/4, so that if I have any complaints about the quality of repairs, solve them on the spot, and not drive the courier, but everything was done qualitatively, the case was slightly stained with liquid thermal padding and after their sticker there is an adhesive trace, in any case it is solved for 3 seconds with an alcohol wipe, but they could have done it themselves, but come on. I will return to the moment of maintenance, at the time of delivery the laptop had no problems with temperatures, after repair it godlessly overheated and dropped power, and this is a fairly natural result, I understood that this would happen, it could not be disassembled once and probably was stored these 2 weeks in disassembled form, the question is why I did not we tried to explain or even why maintenance is not included in the repair cost in such cases, when the specifics of the repair itself and its timing do not allow us to preserve the properties of thermal interfaces, fortunately I understood this myself so I bought thermal paste with a phase transition in advance, I had everything else and immediately serviced the laptop myself. From what I wrote here, it may seem that this is a terrible service, in fact, no, specifically the repair itself is done qualitatively, and the result is the main thing, the staff of this service communicate very politely, and everything else is not quite significant quibbles, if suddenly there is a need, then I will turn to them, I would put 4.5 stars out of 5, there is still a lot to work on, but I am satisfied with the result

Terrible service: 1. Employees blatantly lie about the condition of equipment repairs. Deadlines are not being met. 2. I wrung out the laptop, waited, and was given away without repair with a worsened problem. 3. When trying to solve a problem, they were rude I strongly advise against this place, there are more complaints in the book of complaints and suggestions than I have ever seen. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONES TO THIS ORGANIZATION FOR REPAIR! it all started with the fact that the young man handed over the phone a couple of months ago through a courier, they did not provide a replacement phone, they made him wait two days (it was agreed with the consultant that repairs would be done within a day) , they asked to REPLACE the display . As a result, as we later found out, the display was simply restored (and also not high-quality😀read below ) !!! (the restoration work, as we found out, takes 2 hours MAXIMUM! NOT FOR A DAY! and the replacement of the display is a MAXIMUM of 5 hours! AGAIN, IT's NOT A DAY!) then it's just more interesting a couple of days ago, we noticed that the sensor was not working properly, all the buttons themselves were pressed and not controlled . We contacted this organization under warranty at the point in the shopping center Castle and they told us AGAIN what they would do during the DAY!!! bottom line: the phone was on the point from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. the master did not pick it up (they did not pick up the phone and did not call back, we called ourselves) the consultant at the point offered to pick up the phone and take IT to their main office, where they would make repairs faster) they took us to the office, where they accepted the phone, BUT they didn't immediately inform us that the MASTER was OFF, only a day later they told us about it, and only the next day they informed us that the case was not guaranteed at all and water just got into the phone)))) the young man took the phone and took it to another organization, where they told us, "your case is inflated because your phone was overheated when it was sealed (during warranty inspection, as if on purpose), the water could not get there, it would only get in case of POOR repair, that is, POOR BONDING of PARTS." such : E GROUP will tell you that the repair will take a maximum of a day, but in fact it takes about 2-3 days and in addition the repair is done poorly!!!

I turned to this service at the very end of the summer. The problem was with the laptop, namely: the charger did not work and therefore the laptop did not work. I gave it to the reception point at the Momo shopping center. I was told that he would be transferred to the central office and they would sort it out. A day later, they call me, they say they found a problem and charged a price tag of 300 rubles. I asked for time to think, and they agreed. After a few hours, I call back and refuse services. They're asking me: "Why?". I replied that I had decided to contact another service. We tried to convince them with a discount of 30 rubles (including a discount of 270 rubles) As a result, they told me to wait for an SMS message about readiness for issuance in the same place where I gave it. Several days pass (about 3 days) The SMS never arrives. I also decided to read the public offer on their website. It is worth noting that when I received the device, I was told that, if I refused their services, a fee for "diagnostics" would be charged. And so, after reading the public offer, I found an item that there is no charge for diagnostics. I decided to try to press this point when calling, there is little chance, but it was worth a try. I call the service with the question "Where is my laptop?" I name the manufacturer and model, but instead of a specific answer, I get persuasions for a discount of 100 rubles. I refuse. I am told that I will have to pay for the diagnosis, but I refer to their offer with a diagnostic clause. The person who was on the other end of the wire was put into a small stupor))). But, as expected, nothing came of it, they say, because in your case, diagnostics involves disassembly and assembly. I did not argue, because there was no desire already. Literally a day later, a message arrives that you can pick up the device. Immediately after I picked up the laptop, I took it to another service. And here the situation goes from the category of drama to the category of comedy. They tell me that, well, actually, everything works with both your s/y and our s/y. Maybe they just reconnected the battery or something like that. There is no point in soldering anything while everything is working, and, apparently, they just wanted to make easy money from me. And they named another interesting feature, but I will deliberately omit it and tell you about it a little later. It takes about a month. The problem returns, only now the device does not work at all without a battery, and with a battery it turns off under load. And it also does not charge. I am sending it to the service where I last applied. As a result, the problem with disconnecting under load with a connected battery is resolved by replacement. But it still can't work without a spare part and the problem is not in the battery. And it also turned out that the very detail that was omitted above, namely, that some services, before calling the client and, accordingly, receiving acceptance, and subsequent transfer of money, can already fix the problem, and if they refuse to pay, they "cheat" and solder some schemes out of the board. This is the situation that happened to me. It turned out that some circuits on the board are missing. I still haven't picked up my laptop. There are minimal chances that a conscientious service engineer will find all the tricks of these masters and the device will be able to work normally, as it should. But I think it's obvious that the chances are extremely slim. Therefore, I am extremely angry at this service and, accordingly, I highly recommend that you do not contact them. What also upsets me extremely is that I will not be able to compensate for the damage in any way, since it is absolutely impossible to prove that the damage was caused by this particular service. The only thing left for me is to sit, stamping my feet in anger, and write angry reviews wherever possible. Thank you for your attention, don't make my mistakes.

I turned to this service for replacing hinges and restoring the case. The cost was agreed with the receiver. The case has been restored, there are no complaints about the quality. The hinges have not been replaced, although new ones should have been installed. But the price remained the same "tk still works." To my comment about the price reduction, there were no replacement hinges, and the repair of the case cost more than a new part - sorry, the receptionist has been working recently. I do not recommend this service, because the prices are very high. They do not fulfill their obligations. There are no complaints about the quality of the hull restoration.

In January, I contacted this service about the noise in the laptop. After asking about the timing of the diagnosis, they did not answer me anything specific, they said +-day, as a result, no one called me a day later and I did it myself. They said the problem is in the cooler and it will take another extra day. I took the delivery service, but missed the call, called back 10 minutes later and was told that the courier had already left and I needed to wait for the next day for delivery, the question by what time I was not answered anything specific again and I had to urgently leave for my laptop on my own, because it is necessary for work. After 3 months, the laptop started making noise again and I needed to replace the cooler again. Because I had a 6-month warranty, I decided to contact them again to replace it. The breakfast story has repeated itself again. It took 2 days to diagnose the obvious problem again + 2 more days to replace it, holidays, etc. Total: diagnosis and replacement of the cooler - 4 working days, the cooler flew again after 3 months and it took 4 working days again (they did it under warranty for free, but I lost my working hours), they fed me breakfast in a polite way, no specifics and deadlines. If the laptop is working, you value your nerves and your own time, then I do not advise you to contact this service.

The courier arrived, the deadlines were delayed a little, they promised to call the next day, but there was no call, I called a day later, they said that the phone had not yet been received for service. Later, they called and reported that the problem was in the system, the phone itself reset to factory settings and turned off. They turned it on and said that nothing else was needed from the repair. Three hours later, the phone was delivered by a courier to another address at my request. They took 10p for delivery and that's it. Please note that the reviews have either one star or five (it feels like they are setting themselves). I took the laptop in WORSE condition than I handed it over!! Order number Z20499 There is ZERO desire to apply here. 1) they said they would do it in a day. As a result, in a day (as it is written in the receipt) I took my PC with a price of 165rub for cleaning from dust / moisture (originally it was 100rub), an additional payment allegedly for urgency. 2) when I arrived home, I found that the left button on the touchpad was half broken (lost sensitivity). It only works if you press it right next to the right one. Surprisingly, later, I read the reviews and came across the same situation in other reviews 3) I told my friend about my situation, she asks "not an e-group" by chance? She was billed 350 rubles, for a week, they did not want to give her the phone, then in Mogilev this malfunction was fixed for 120 rubles. 4) when I handed over my laptop, I immediately came home and changed the passwords on the mailboxes. As soon as I took it away, a Google code comes to the phone to confirm the login. That is, somehow it is very suspicious that a couple of hours after finding the laptop in this service, someone tried to log into my accounts (this has never happened in 10+ years). Again, later, later, I read about a similar situation with another client of this "service", whose social media data was leaked.networks. I'm not going to contact them anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!
