They promised to pick up the laptop, agreed on the time, and then a few hours later the courier "suddenly fell ill." I had to take the laptop to the point myself. Clean after spilling soda cost 100p. The laptop was needed urgently, so I agreed. They promised to do it quickly and call back the next day. Of course, I didn't wait for the call and called myself. They said that the courier would arrive in the evening and give everything back. My joy did not last long, because an hour later I received a call, where it turned out that this time the courier's car "broke down, there is no way to bring it home." I had to drive late at night again. On the spot, it turned out that the keys, which stuck after spilling, also stick. I didn't accept the job, returned the laptop and was told to wait again. They were supposed to be in working order the next day. What? That's right, no one called, only a day later a call came, it turns out that cleaning does not include cleaning the keys, this is a separate job that costs another 150 rubles from above. I agreed, as I repeat, I urgently need a laptop for work. After clarifying by phone how soon the laptop would be ready, the consultant said "hang on a bit, I'll check with the master now", after which I forgot to turn off the microphone and I heard this conversation "Vova, when will this finished MacBook be ready?" "I don't know, I need to look at all the keys, if nothing breaks on the way, then it will be there by evening." I immediately said that I had heard everything when the consultant returned. When asked about the recording of the conversation, I was told that it was not being conducted, although at the beginning of the call it was reported that a recording was in progress. Shocked by everything, I said that I was waiting for a laptop. How long did the 150p job take, what do you think? That's right, literally an hour and a half later they called me back and said that the laptop had already been handed over to the courier and there was no guarantee for it. Draw your own conclusions from this situation, but I will never contact this company again!

They said half an hour and it will be ready. Okay, I thought and agreed. Although 1.5 hours to replace the screen is a hell of a lot. We walked around the shopping center, looked at him, and he spun the phone and is sitting in his phone, maybe it's necessary according to technology? then he talks to clients, well, you can understand that, but taking another phone to work when you haven't finished this one is a so-so act. In short, we waited 1.5 hours, came to find out what and how, there he turns another phone in his hands and says that for another 40 minutes. I do not agree to wait another 40 minutes (keep in mind that I have already sat in the car for 1.5 hours), I decide to go home and pick it up tomorrow and add a protective glass to the order. As a result, I just left the store and voila, 10 minutes later I receive an SMS about readiness. I had to go again the next day. Although I only went there because they said on the phone that they would do it quickly. As a result, because of these guys, I spent the evening after work in the car, and then in a bad mood.
If the screen also falls off, it will be a shame at all) if it falls off, then I will definitely add a couple more reviews and ratings
There is no desire to go there anymore, even for half the price

Good afternoon! I want to share my feedback about this "company".
I decided to change the battery on my phone, it seemed like it could be easier..Well, as it turned out- it's not like that at all! I brought my phone, changed the battery within 2 hours, thanked the company and went home with joy (I do not live in Minsk) everything seemed to be fine, but it was not there... After a couple of days, I noticed that my phone was much worse at holding the battery than the previous one, which had served for more than 3 years. I decided to write to this service organization (on Instagram, where I clicked), but there was no response during the day. I decided to write from another account, supposedly a new client, and they immediately replied in a couple of minutes! The operator expressed dissatisfaction: - "contact the same place where the repair was carried out." I'm going back to Minsk, where the "specialist" explains that you need to leave a request for repairs and when the office approves, let's see what's wrong with your phone! I went home again (40 km), they call back a day later and agree to take the phone for diagnosis, allegedly the problem may be in the phone itself, which has served properly for many years, and not in this low-quality service. I went back to Minsk, they said tomorrow-the day after tomorrow we will dial... I waited 4 days and decided to dial it myself, they said some nonsense (like maybe it's an update, but it's not accurate). After long negotiations, we decided to change the battery anyway, but I decided to even pay extra and put a more reinforced one and agreed that by tomorrow it would be definitely done. I went back to Minsk to get my long-awaited phone, previously called a "specialist"
who said he would be ready in 2 hours. Upon arrival, I was told that they had an urgent order and my phone would be ready only in an hour and they would dial me right away! While waiting for my phone, I walked around the "Space" (Dzerzhinsky 126) for another 2 hours, but there was no call, I went home desperate again)!
I'm waiting for a call from this organization and hope for just one trip to Minsk)) 14.04.2024! If it doesn't work out here, then I will go to court!
It is not so much a pity for this money spent on the battery, as in relation to this service, personal time and deception of these comrades.
For this amount, which I drove, it was possible to change 2 more new batteries in good services. I asked for the director's number, hoping to resolve this issue, but to put it mildly, they refused, only by appointment and only on "Wednesdays"!
Let's hope that this story will end successfully!

I don't recommend it to anyone. I bought a usb cable about three weeks ago, it failed in just a week (the seller "verbally" said that the warranty was a month), the time to stop by appeared only after a couple of weeks, I stopped by hoping to replace it, but everything turned out to be difficult. The young man twisted the cable for 5 minutes and then concluded that there was no mechanical damage and the cable was really defective, but he could not replace it because he had a warranty for 14 days, to the logical question "did your colleague say the same month?!" he replied that he had been working here for only two weeks and could not help in any way on the basis of which the warranty period is determined, he also did not show it. Purely out of curiosity, I will contact the Consumer protection Society. Thank you for your attention, the place is disgusting.

Отдавал телефон на замену стекла. Сказали на следующий день сделают. Я со спокойной душой пошёл домой. На следующий день я проснулся с уверенностью, что телефон будет готов. Проходит много времени. Под вечер я запереживал. Приехал туда и спросил где мой телефон. Мне, не смотря в глаза, смотря фильм, сказали, что он готов, но курьер ещё не забрал. Пообещал снова, что на следующий день будет. И вот я проснулся и начал ждать. После обеда я не выдержал и позвонил в офис. Мне сказали, что телефон ещё в офисе и ждёт курьера. Моё терпение было на исходе. В итоге я прождал почти до конца рабочего дня, но слава богам, он пришёл. Я, сломя голову, бросив все дела, быстро побежал его забирать. Отдали мне телефон, а там.... КЛЕЙ наружу. Я спросил:"это что, клей?!", мне сказали да и убрали быстренько. Я отдал деньги и с недовольным, но с капелькой радости лицом, что хотя бы отдали, пошёл домой. Разрядили 50 процентов зарядки телефона, что они там в нем делали, я не знаю. В целом, больше туда не обращусь!

Перестал заряжаться телефон. Отнес в этот сервис на Дзержинского 126. В итоге ремонт занял меньше суток и стоил в 2 раза меньше, чем была первоначальная оценка. Спасибо за оперативность и демократичные цены.

Поставили дисплей, по их словам, "более хорошая замена, чем предыдущий вариант, который первоначально хотели поставить", естественно и подороже. В итоге левая часть дисплея тупо не работает, а когда включаешь телефон, так вообще дисплей отказывает, нужно телефон перезагружать, чтобы заработал. И так каждый раз . До замены дисплея телефон намного лучше работал, хоть и побит был немного.
