I came with a problem on iPhone 13 pro max (the green screen was flashing). I gave the phone for a full diagnosis, after which I received an answer that there was a problem with the display and it needed to be changed. They changed it. I took the phone away and the next day it turned out that the phone was still not working properly. I brought it back and a few days later they called me at the diagnosis with the answer that the problem was with the battery, not the display, and it needed to be changed. As a result, I gave away more than half of the cost of the phone.

The battery was replaced on the iPhone 12 Pro. The operator consulted competently about the details. He set the time for the same day, which is great, and said that the courier would deliver the item on time. We arrived at the appointed time. We put the phone to work, the master informed us that the work would be completed within an hour +-. After an hour and a half, we arrived at the point, the phone is not ready, because the details are over and an order was made to the courier for this part. We walked for another 20 minutes and arrived at the place. The master started work with us and delivered the part in 5 minutes. The master answered our questions about the device's performance after the procedure with irritation, and there were no apologies for the fact that the time actually turned out to be longer. Plus, the safety glass was gone, which in theory could probably be, but we weren't warned.
