We ordered a Lika-lux Olympus bed - without assembly (order 89970). A month later, as agreed, they promised delivery. We brought a bed on Saturday - 5 boxes were promised, unloaded 1 box and left! When we called in disbelief, it turned out that we had forgotten to unload 2 more boxes. Everything was packed in 3 boxes (not 5 as promised). We started to disassemble - 11 items are missing in the kit! There are not enough mid-thrust legs. We are shocked. It is impossible to assemble a bed without them! And where do we sleep - if the bed takes up the whole room! The bed is large and without the middle legs will not withstand the load. How could you assemble a kit and not check it!? They said on the phone that no one would do anything on Saturday. In addition, the technical department will also decide whether there really were no legs in the kit. And we recorded the whole unpacking process on video, so there is evidence. The service is the bottom. If you think that you will bring us the missing parts and that's it - you will not compensate us for our nerves, because if you do not solve the problem, then we need to sleep for 2 days, because the room is occupied by an unmade bed!!! I will write an informative review about you wherever possible so that other people do not waste time and money for terrible service.
