In general, it's terrible. To give credit for the defective shirts, the money was returned (minus from the next purchase), but the next purchase came in the same performance, although they promised that everything would be checked for marriage and quality. I'm a Shuttle with thirty years of experience, I know what proper quality clothes look like.
