Terrible store, I can't get a vacuum cleaner out of repair for the 2nd month. They don't want to refund the money either. The seller does not know anything about any issue, so call Mogilev. The same "ignoramus" answers the calls, suggests that you make an appointment with the management upon arrival in Mogilev or try to write them a letter. Tomorrow I'm going to the police to write a statement against them on the fact of fraud!
