Nice green spaces. Parking, bicycle parking. The house has small shops and services with basic necessities, including a baby club. Minuses: The ventilation system is poor, the common areas on the floors are stuffy and odorless due to the lack of ventilation (everything is OK in apartments), many bathrooms have terribly noisy built-in ventilation when the lights are turned on, those without it with a hood are also so-so. Inside the residential complex there are two ground levels with a dangerous staircase, on which it is easy for children to fall out of the way, and for an adult to slide down the steps into the ice. It would be better to make the asphalt descent a snake. Most people try to walk around the street and go through another gate if they need to go down. The playground is so-so, the place allows you to do better.
